Didn’t know it was a ghost kitchen until I got there. But that’s not a problem if the food was good. The rolls looked not bad, but the taste for Fujiyama roll and BlueMoon roll was too salty and strong. Don’t know why the rating is so high. Very disappointed!

The pictures look so delicious on their website. I was so excited for sushi tonight. Ordering is easy online but you get there and it’s a mess to pick up. Food was late to arrive so I had to sit in the waiting area and listen to insanely loud instructions blasted over an intercom. Food finally comes out and it looks nothing like what’s pictured. Complete disappointment. I feel like I was bamboozled with what was boxed up for me. I had to check the menu again to make sure I even got the correct order. For a $60 meal for a couple rolls, a seaweed salad and an order of nigiri, I’d go elsewhere next time. Rolls are very inconsistent on filler vs meat. Filler being their obvious choice to load up the rolls. Absolutely zero spice. How does this picture of what I receive even leave the kitchen? Just a heads up, this isn’t a restaurant, it’s a to go only ghost kitchen with no customer service. Seaweed salad was the only positive to the meal.To the owner: you seriously see no difference in those 2 rolls besides no cucumber? Haha. I have no issue with the size of the roll. And I won’t even argue about the wait, since those pictures pass as acceptable for you.

Highly recommend if looking for fast sushi for reasonable prices.Best take out sushi ever on top of the best miso soup I’ve ever tried at a restaurant. The soup is filled with seaweed and not just pure broth, the broth itself is so flavorful and fresh.Everything I’ve tried from rolls, gunkan, inari, and hand rolls are delicious. I typically go for salmon and yellowtail which are my favorite.

Very telling when a sushi lover doesn't finish ANY of the items we ordered: sashimi, rolls, and a light roll. While I acknowledge take-out sushi is never as good as it would be in the restaurant, this place only does takeout, so I presumed it might be better than usual. My favorite thing to order is yellowtail sashimi. Here, the yellowtail was almost oily, grey, and limp, and the light roll we ordered with the same fish felt and tasted the same. While the fish roe in the light roll gave it a nice pop, I had real concerns about whether I should eat it given the status of the fish. The tuna sashimi was average and the rolls (yellowtail and salmon) lacked flavor. Nothing was appetizing or interesting enough to finish.

I ordered the Boston roll- for sushi that is to go, it was probably the most fresh I've had!!! The fish was so tender and the sauce was extremely delicious. It's in a group building with multiple other kitchens that allows you to order food drinks and food from other places which is nice! I don't think there was a place to sit. It might be a little confusing because my gps routed me to the back of the building which is where delivery drivers go but make sure you go to the front where they have an ordering kiosk. You will then get a text when your food is ready. It took probably about 10-15 minutes for my food to come out so wait wasn't too bad at all!

It was an exceptional experience! The rolls, particularly those with salmon and Philadelphia cheese, were not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. The taste and texture were spot-on, making it a delightful treat for sushi enthusiasts. The attention to detail and the quality of ingredients truly set this restaurant apart. Can't wait to go back for more!

If you crave rolls you got used to in Russia/Ukraine/Belarus, run, don’t walk! Huge, delicious, and packed with fresh ingredients. I’m that person who ‘usually doesn’t write reviews’ but these rolls melted my heart, touched my soul, and pleased my belly. Will definitely order again, worth every penny. Wish you folks all the best with your business!

I order their stuff since they opened and they always keep me happy and full! This is the type of sushi i'm craving in Ukraine and nothing could beat these ones. The fish is always fresh, the quality of the way they make it and package is perfect as well. I love to show this place to my friends and after i do, they go for it all the time!!! This is a good stuff, trust me!:)

Stars: 3.8!! My eyes and my iPhone always eat first especially when the presentation is on point, and Sushi Atelier definitely executed! The 2 rolls ordered were above average. Los Angeles roll was my favorite, but the Futomaki Yellowtail was just alright. The Futomaki roll felt like it was missing something in texture. The scallop and crab hand rolls were good but super small! Freshness of the scallop was a average at best given its a to-go shop. For the price of everything: 2 handrolls and 2 cut rolls ($50) I was expecting a bit more in flavors and portion. We placed our order online (ChowNow) and food was ready on time. Pick up is located in a shared area with other ghost kitchens. Just ring the "Ring" doorbell and someone from the restaurant will come out with your order.
