I don’t think they washed the mixing bowl between making my drink and my friend’s drink. I ordered Taro smoothie and my friend ordered peach oolong tea. My taro smoothie literally smelt & tasted like peach oolong tea.

Their brown sugar Creme Brulee is very good, but I like their Ube Taro Brown sugar more. This location also allow online order for pickup up by toastrab, so I didn’t have to wait on the order line.

I felt compelled to give this rating...This is my first time at this location, but I have been to the FV location many many times, and I just felt something is off with the customer service attitude here.First of all, as soon as we (me and my wife were behind 3 other people walking in at the same time), we got the greeting (more like SHOUTING) from the worker behind the counter... I couldn't figure out what he was shouting because he had a mask on and he was at the top of his lung)... and when he realized we didn't understand, he repeated again..and this time because we were ready to listen, we understood what what he said "PLEASE GO OUTSIDE AND TAKE A PICTURE OF THE QR CODE ON THE DOOR TO ORDER ONLINE". Geeze!!!!! I just came in and you asked us to go outside... but I got it.We went outside, ordered from the QR code... sat down outside, but it was really cold so we decided to come back inside since there were 2 tables unoccupied. Guess what? As soon as we entered the door, the same shouting from the guy... so I told him I already ordered and just wanted to sit down inside. Then while we were sitting there waiting, some workers (a gal, 1-2 guys) were joking around and laughing out loud (I felt they were very unprofessional and had very little respect for the customers there). Only the guy who was shouting out earlier, and another Caucasian worker was taking their job seriously and kept doing their job and tried to stay out of the jokes (thanks guys!).When I picked up my drinks, I asked the guy who was shouting earlier why didn't they just post a sign telling customers to order online using the QR code instead of having to yell everytime... (not sure I remember what his response was but it's more of a question for the owner/manager).I would not return to this location!

This place is disappointing. Drinks are mediocre. The phone doesn't work when trying to call. They also don't do a good job of keeping items in stock for their collaborations.

The gojo drink is so yummy and he's my hubby!! HOWEVER my roomates and I tried getting the limited edition sticker and they said we couldn't because we didn't buy it together at the same time frame. Like bffr? The first time we went they didn't even tell us that there was a secret sticker we learned on insta you show that you have Riko + Geto + Gojo you get a limited edition sticker. Really disappointed we just wanted a cool sticker and the girl with pigtail and bangs was really rude about it when we asked. Shame :/

The line was crazy long. They don't serve any hot drinks. And the tea base is disgusting. Now the mango slush that I had was delish but the rest of it was so no worth coming back. It was crazy busy on a Friday night and their lobby was packed. And there is no seating. I will only come back for their mango slush that they had but 4 out of the 5 drinks we ordered was awful! And pricey!

My daughter and her friends went to this place and both she and her friend got food poison.

the boba tasted great at the moment.. but the next day i was throwing up everywhere. guessing it was from the boba since i didn’t have anything else that can cause you to throw up that day.

I finally had a chance to try their latest collaboration drink with Jujutsu Kaisen last weekend. The line was quite long on Sunday afternoon. We waited for about 30 mins to order and get the drink. We got the Gojo drink and Geto drink. To be honest, the drinks were pretty good and better than I expected. Gojo drink (coconut smoothie) had coconut jelly and clear boba which added texture and Geto drink (mango passionfruit) had strong fruity flavor. If you like a creamy drink, go for Gojo. If you like a fruity drink, go for Geto. Personally, I liked the Gojo drink better. The only downside was that the drinks were pricey (almost $9), but as a jjk fan, it was worth the try. Also don't forget the cute stickers.

I don't know what has happened to this place! The teas are watery and tasteless! No wonder there were no lines in this location! The service was ok.They only have one size and they are using non-clear cups so you can't see what is in your drink!
