yikes. my bf tried this on a whim just bc i wanted to get yuppduck and this was next door. disappointed to say the least. the wings are super dry and the flavors are just meh. honestly nothing much to say and these are just subpar wings. will not return ever.

This place is really close to the UCI campus, and therefore brings lots of students. As you might expect because of its ideal location, it's not cheap -- but on Tuesdays there is a deal for 60 cent boneless wings (which is really fried chicken breast tossed in sauce)! My favorites are the mango habanero and Cajun, but if you want some very spicy wings go for the atomic. My only complaint is quality control because sometimes the wings aren't very crispy/not fully covered in sauce (which tends to happen when there are a lot of people waiting).There is a communal seating area outside, but also tables within the shop itself. You order food like a fast food chain, but it has a semi-open kitchen concept and it looks like the chicken breast they use is fresh.

We came in on 10/7/23 5:39 PM to returned cold fries from a previous order. Our server name was Madison G. If you review your security camera, you would addressed your rude, combative, obnoxious and argumentive behavior, while we were calm and polite. We tried explaining to you that our party had ordered a pizza from a restaurant a few doors next to your place, while I left to order fries from your restaurant. Upon returning to our pizza restaurant we notice the fries were cold. We decided to eat our hot pizza first and then return your cold fries and order more food to go. You came out from the back and said you wouldn't replace the fries because of the time that had expired. At first we thought there was a language barrier because of your heavy foreign accent, and you kept saying no, no, no and refuse to listen to us. In the United States of America, we try to treat all customers with respect and dignity. Maybe you should visit Chick-fil-A or McDonald's and learn how to treat your customers because they probably would have replace the cold fries and not have became loud, angry and disrespectful over a five dollar order of fries.(SAD & SHAMEFUL SERVICE)

I love the Buffalo Spot, however this particular franchise recently stopped selling medium wing sauce containers at $1.70 for delivery orders, and only sells an extremely small extra sauce container for $1.10 now. I haven't seen any of the other Buffalo Spot locations do this. I'd now have to order two small wing sauces for $2.20 and it would still be a far smaller quantity than the original medium container.Sucks to see this location cutting options for their delivery customers and penny pinching on extra sauce, of all things. I like to add a lot of extra sauce on my Buffalo fries and the medium containers were perfect for this and had a good amount of extra sauce.Bring back the properly sized medium sauce containers, even if you charge $2.50 for those, I'd remain a happily paying customer and this would be a 4-5 star review. But this kind of anti-customer behavior needs to be addressed, this is a change in the worst possible direction, higher prices for smaller quantities. Hopefully this location's manager reads the Yelp reviews and addresses this.

Their "fresh" Buffalo wings tasted like frozen grocery store wings mixed with a huge amount of Buffalo sauce that's from any fast-food chain. Workers were nice, but don't recommend coming here for your wings craving. Maybe their other items taste better but don't get the Buffalo wings.
It's great to have something other than the 2 big wings guys. When I crave wings, this place is my go to! Unfortunately I do have to rate this place the way I did. The thing this place has going for it is "the Boss Fries" if you don't know, it's a large pizza sized box filled with fresh fries. You can chose up to 4 flavors! It's perfect for parties, or hanging out with friends.The the downfall to this place is straightforward. The physical location is a bit small. I don't really seem too many people there though unless it's right after school. Service... it's heartbreaking to see this place empty, walk in, and still wait 5-10 minutes before you're even acknowledge.No the hard part... the food! I love wings and love spice! Chicken is really good quality, buffalo fries are on point, good beer on tap, very friendly service... I don't know how much more you can ask for. Definitely will be coming back!!
