This was the worst experience of my life. This man was so disrespectful to me and my friends. Joseph was so rude and allowed my friend to be in danger by herself outside after she had already paid her fee to come in. He would not listen to the customers and would not try to work with them. The manager was not understanding and would not cooperate with guests which is the main part of his job as a person in customer service. It was very disappointing.

I've eaten here twice and had the Short Rib Tacos and the Short Rib Sandwich and both were good. Service is excellent as the bartenders are very attentive.

I am giving this place four stars only because of the servers and bar staff - kind of rude and impersonal, impatient with the bar clientele despite them throwing money at them. I stayed at the Sonesta (hotel inside of which is this restaurant) for the second time last month and went down one evening for happy hour. The food was good (I had the chicken quesadillas and a Modelo dark), and so were the drinks, though I can't be sure about the third Patron shot. Hotel bars always offer a fun eclectic motley mix of people from everywhere so it benefits from that as well. 4/5

Quick overnight stay, stopped in bar for dinner. While the bar doesn't look like much, it was empty and dark, the food and service was great. Lettuce wraps messy but delicious Burger great Crispy wings very good. Will eat here again.

I take my family to this restaurant many times a year! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I go there frequently. The meals are of high quality, the team is welcoming and the rates are affordable. I like meeting in this place for a nice meal.

This place currently doesn't answer the phone even though it says please call to place an order. It's extremely hideous their business will state that they're open when they probably aren't, it's a restaurant within a Wyndham, I'm assuming since you're not answering it now that they're closed because I called three times and nobody answers, so how am I supposed to call you to order food if you don't pick up your phone? Does California or anyone realize that you need customers to stay in business? It doesn't seem like California really cares about retaining customers or customer service or anything, then thirds pretty much all the businesses here and that is why I am at a hotel, waiting to get an airplane to leave this place forever, I hope the forest fires burn it to the ground. you guys charge an excessive amount of money for an unpleasant experience, Nobody is available, nobody's ever available, everything is late, and this restaurant is no exception to that rule so everything I said applies, If they don't want bad reviews that maybe they shouldn't tell people to call them for lunch and not answer the phone 3 to 4 times, I'm gonna assume that they're not open and go somewhere else now because I don't have all day to buy lunch, this pandemic is been going on for a year, you guys should be used to updating your menus and your hours and your access and everything, the rest of the country is getting it together but business in California or not, get it together because people are leaving you do some customers in eventually I don't know what's gonna happen in this place, but this restaurant doesn't answer the phone and that's why they're getting a one star

This place is surely one of the most attractive place in the area. Anytime I visit this place I am very satisfied. They preserve their very high level service and the highest level of dishes they offer. You definitely will enjoy this this place. Highly recommended.

I ordered the Kobe burger, the cheese flat bread, and some chili garlic wings. They were all delicious and generous servings. To be honest I was surprised how good it was. I would definitely recommend.

This is a review for their Catering team, who delivered and catered a wonderful family meal at a rental beach house for us. They arrived at the exact minute they said they would and seamlessly and graciously loaded in a full buffet service for our family of 12 in the back yard while we all relaxed in the house. They just got to work and made it all happen silently and magically for us. Delicious afternoon appetizers and fruit were first and were presented beautifully, and a few hours later we had a full dinner buffet with salads, several sides, barbecue chicken and a fabulous tenderloin of beef. The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The shrimp cocktail was fresh and beautifully marinated, the fresh salads were scrumptious (especially a yummy corn salad they did), the creamy potato soufle' was a surprising hit, and that gorgeous tenderloin of beef was perfection! Our family is full of carnivores who have high standards when it comes to their beef, and they were all impressed and happy. The outdoor beachy-buffet presentation they set up was stylish and sharp, and Maura and her assistant David kept everything meticulously clean and fresh and adhered to all the Covid guidelines one must do now. It was so nice having them take care of everything from start to finish, so our extended family from out of state could all focus on each other in the time we had together. Great food, great service, and a seamless and incredibly easy way to cater a big family get-together. Maura and David and the Copper Chef team were wonderful!!!

I attended a conference at this hotel and the Copper Chef was the on site dining place. In the mornings, they had a breakfast buffet. Made to order omelets were wonderful and perfectly cooked to order. FRESH OJ! Waffles!!! Plus to-go items if needed. Staff was wonderful. They remembered you every morning. We had dinner two nights, once in the main dining and once in the bar. The Kobe burger was great. The fries and onion straws were also very good. The best thing was Paco R. I think he was the only server one night when the conference people started to come in. He was EVERYWHERE and although it took awhile to get your food, it came right to order and he never lost his cool with so many people to take care of.

On a recent trip to Irvine, I needed to stay close to my room/hotel to resolve an IT issue. I had only tried cocktails at the bar on previous business travel. The restaurant itself was practically empty, but the bar was very busy. Dinner offerings seemed to be the same. I had Kobe beef sliders, which were a perfect portion and delicious. The Bartender (David) was very efficient and remembered what I liked to drink when I stopped in the 2nd night!. The breakfast buffet is delicious with many freshly prepared selections. not like the usual cereal, cinnamon rolls or eggs.

Had the lettuce wraps and clam chowder for lunch. Lettuce wraps had some great chicken and clam chowder was the perfect thick soup complement against the wraps. It was good, but not cravable.

Do not order the wings. They were trash. Ours didn't look anything like the pictures. Based off of other reviews being so positive, it's likely we got a half a** carelessly made order because it was at the end of the night, near close. The wings were cooked in a cornstarch breading so they were puffy and looked deformed. The garlic was deep fried with the breading on the wings and the plate was COVERED in a red oil-maybe chili oil? We couldn't finish them with 2 people on an app of wings. You do the math....horrible.
