Received as a gift. Very doughy, and has that fake vanilla smell, which made me look up the ingredients and there it is, fake vanilla. For the price they are, they should be using real ingredients as you can taste the difference. Anyway I'll eat them but they don't live up to the hype at all. On the plus side, it gave me inspiration to make my own, tastier version.

I ordered the build your own half dozen and had them shipped to me. Cookies are good. Pictures are not quite what they look like after heating per the included instructions. They are more doughy than stuffed. Definitely not the gooy, oozing that they pictured. Taste is still good.

I have had edible shots before and I wasn't happy with the dirty cookie. They are way too big. Wish I wouldn't have ordered.

Trust me when I tell you (former)The cookies used are kept in old dirty bins where the cookies sit for weeks and when you buy them they’re just reheated in a microwave to make you think they’re fresh. The filling is nothing but melted thriftys ice cream chocolate and vanilla. Nothing is fresh, the owners do not care and only trying to make a buck. After all that I’ve seen like dropped cookies on floor and then put back in those dirty bins. Nothing is cleaned as often as it should. When the milk comes out the sprout first thing in the morning it smells rotten at first. I would never personally recommend this place

I ordered a dozen cookies to be delivered in time for my family holiday dinner. To be fair - we had a day of bad weather between the time I ordered and the day it was delivered. Also, to be fair, Labor Day fell on the day before the holiday. That said, even with ample ordering time, our cookies did not arrive when promised. It was immensely disappointing since that was to be the only dessert of the dinner. I contacted customer service who readily offered to send me a new batch or give me credit toward another order. Neither of those options solved the fact that the cookies didn’t come on time. What good would a second order be? What good would a future credit be? They did not offer a refund, which would have been good business, but they also would not have solved the problem either. When the cookies finally did arrive, they looked beautiful and tasted okay. They were well packaged so they were not damaged in transit. The cookies are a novel idea but are not particularly exceptional tasting and they are pricey. Because they didn’t arrive when promised, I won’t order from them again because it left me in a position of having no dessert for my guests.

I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a new batch (that solves the problem how, exactly?) or a credit on a future order (again, that didn’t put dessert on the table for my party nor will I order from them again so…) They said it was the fault of FedEx but when I went to read other reviews, I discovered that’s their go-to excuse. If you can’t deliver what and when you promise, you need to reevaluate your business offerings.
