I used to eat here all the time. I haven't been here for a while until I went to order food again tonight. The management there and its employees have changed. It was very quiet. I ordered a chicken club sandwich to go. They gave me the wrong food twice. I took the food for the third time and went home, hoping that this time it would be the right thing, but I was surprised to see that they put bacon in my food again, as I had insisted several times that I did not want bacon. Even though I had just come from work and was very tired and hungry, I took the food and went there again. The door was closed. I knocked on the door. the manager, whose name was Destiny and she had taken my food order herself and had made a mistake. She opened the door and said that they were closed and that she could not take the food back and give me the right food. She just gave me a ticket to go back there tomorrow to get food.And she was kept saying,” next time when you want to get a chicken club sandwich, just say club sandwich.” If you look at their menu, they call it Chicken club sandwich, and that’s what I ordered at Habit for my whole life.What a stupid team.No one was understanding a very simple order of CHICKEN CLUB SANDWICH WITH NO BACONVery disappointing

Ordered 3 burgers here. One of them had the wrong type of onions and the other was missing pickles. One of the three burgers was correct. Not a huge deal, but I wouldn’t go in expecting your order to be correct at this location. Also, the fries were cold. Compared to the other locations I go to this has some work to do to catch up.

We live very close to this location and go there once a month. We were there last night, Jan 23rd, for dine-in, and around 7:00pm. Food was ok. The lady who took the order was tired or there was something wrong... she was not friendly and didn't have an expected customer service! Both restrooms were super dirty and the facet of one of them was not working, so people who went to that one, had to come back and go to the other one to wash their hands! I brought this up to the same lady who took the orders, and she said she will change the batteries of the facet, however for the 15-20 minutes we were there, they didn't! Hope the manager or the owner of this location read this and: 1- Instruct the staff the expected customer service, and not to have attitude; 2- Make sure the tables and restrooms are always clean Thank you

This is a review solely about the people, specifically the manager that works there. I came in tonight 8/12/23 and ordered a salad from a young woman (unfortunately I was not able to get her name) and I had questions about what the base is for the salad and she asked the manager, Juan, two times to make sure I was going to be okay with what she was putting me down for. In those two brief interactions, he was condescending, belittling, and disrespectful to her. I ask her if that guy being rude to her is the manager and he is. I tell her that I can relate to rude managers due to my personal experience and that it gets better. She is reasonably upset and stands up for herself and I overhear her tell Juan that he was rude to her for no reason and Juan basically threatens her to shut up or she will get sent home. I intervene and I tell Juan that I understand that being a manager in food service is stressful but he has no right to speak to his subordinates that way. He doesn't quite understand what he did wrong and apologizes to me, the customer. He says "sorry about her" and I tell him that I'm on HER side and that he should actually be apologizing to HER. They both go into what I assume is his office and a few minutes later I see that she's got her stuff and is out the door. I am not sure if she was fired or not but she was not in the wrong. I applaud her for standing for herself and she deserved better. Juan, if you're the one reading this, no one deserves to be spoken to the way you spoke to that young woman tonight. And people like me are always watching, you can't keep getting away with being disrespectful to people who work below you. You don't deserve to be fired over this specifically, but you do desperately need to work on your people skills and learn the ways you are wrong in how you treat others. I wish I got the chance to give that young woman my contact info so I could set her up with a better job with an incredibly kind manager.

As always, The Habit does not disappoint. The food was great, and filling with good portions. Service was ok, and the building had some weird tables that didn't seem to fit quite right. Overall, satisfied.

I have eaten at many Habits all around southern oc. This was my first time at the Campus location in Irvine. I love their salad, this time I ordered a ceaser to go. It came with the dresing already on the salad! I have NEVER had it this way. Its TO GO. I t will be soggy by the time I get home. The manager said thats how we always serve it. We had a disagreement and he finally remade it !!! Doesn't make anysence!
