Not sure why it took me so long to discover this place but immediately love it after the first sip of my matcha latte (less sweet, light ice) with lavender syrup. Just what I needed for a post gym pick-me-up. I like how spacious this place is and it has a good amount of outlets! Will definitely come back to study and work if I'm in Irvine and also try their coffee next time.

I've been here twice just for the siracha chicken croffle. This is the best thing ever, nice and crispy, fresh and I love the side of potato chips. I also got an iced matcha with a shot of espresso , this is the best (if not one of the best) dirty matchas I've tried in Orange County. This is also a great study spot and the customer service is excellent, thank you!

The drinks were great! They had many different options, you don't like super sweet coffee be sure to ask which ones to avoid

I LOVE this location. The drinks are delicious (my go-to is the Horchata Latte). My friend who is not a huge coffee drinker got the Strawberries and Cream latte and said he'd go back for more. It's a great spot to do homework and go for a friend date. It's pretty popular so sometimes it's packed and there's no seating, so just make sure to have a backup plan in case you go for that specifically!

I love a good cup of coffee in the morning. I was excited to see that this coffee shop sold Tiramisu Latte. I came in on a saturday morning to order a plain croffle & latte. The line wasn't too long, but a few people in front of me. I don't mind waiting for a coffee 10-15 mins (if you are really busy & packed) but 30 mins is a disapointment for one coffee. There was two workers in the morning. One barista and other is front cashier/food preper. The guy making the food is really nice and efficent. He checked up with me on my order and apologizes for the wait. And my food came out before my coffee. (I'm not sure if the barista is new, but man it was a lifetime before I get my coffee. He messed up on a few coffees by not reading the order and that took a set back too. He mentioned that he had previous barista experience at Starbucks. Thinking the drinks would at least be preppared faster...) Evently, the drink came out and it tasted yummy. I really want to come back here to try other items for a quick grab n go but I am not down for 30 min wait each time.. It is a good place to study as many seating areas is provided :)

The matcha lattes here were once fantastic, among the best in Irvine. However, recent visits have left me with undrinkable lattes, indicating a decline in quality. While some baristas still make decent lattes, many of the newer hires are subpar and in need of retraining. The prices, while average, no longer justify the poor quality. The desserts are mediocre, but I primarily came for the drinks and study environment. Despite ample seating, it's nearly impossible to find a spot. Parking is convenient since it is located in a large center. The original employees were wonderful, but the newer ones have a bad attitude, making the kiosk a preferable option for ordering. As a once-frequent customer who recommended this place to friends, I'm disappointed by the rapid decline in drink quality and will no longer be visiting or endorsing this location.

The strawberry matcha, dalgona coffee, and chai latte were all 10/10s! Our server, Lauren, took our order and she was super efficient and sweet! Best service in Irvine :) We really enjoyed studying amidst the comfy atmosphere

I ordered the mocha from here (both hot and iced) and they were really good! They take a bit to make the drinks but they are very nicely crafted and taste great so it makes sense. The inside is really cute, they have a designated study space so that's nice. Although i've never really been able to find a seat here, it's usually always packed so it's not really a study spot for me.

TL;DR - solid work/study spot but for a causal grab and go, too pricey for me :( DRINK: *tiramisu latte - sooo yummy! not too sweet and that tiramisu flavor was definitely there. i got it with oat milk and it tasted great! super smooth and creamy in texture. 5/5 SERVICE: there was an older woman that helped me the first time i was there and she was super sweet and lovely! 5/5 for her. however...the second and third time i came here it was these two younger girls and they did their job in taking my order but were super loud. i get having fun and all but for a place thats known for studying/working, i just thought it was disrespectful and distracting esp since it was for an extended amount of time. this was from the moment they took my order to when i left a few hrs later. 2/5 for them. WAIT: on average, it takes time around 5-10 mins to order and grab my order. i would say that's not too bad and pretty average! 4/5 PRICE: now this is where i feel this place loses a few points for me. for my one drink, it was almost $9 after tax and tip. it was probably the most expensive coffee i've ever gotten in my life if i'm being honest lol. now the drink was amazing but for $9/cup?? i feel like that's wild. 1/5

Today was my second time here and the baristas have been so welcoming and fun to talk to. I love the environment here and the cozy places to work. Rumor has it that soon a rewards program will launch, yay! I truly enjoyed my coffee, but that Banana Nutella muffin was the star of the show, *chefs kiss*

Very lovely cafe! Despite having lots of seating, the cafe was full, but it didn’t feel crowded or loud; it was serene enough to read a book. The iced latte was excellent, and the pizza croffle was packed with flavour. Friendly staff. Great experience overall.

My rating is based on their espresso drinks, which i didn't quite like. It tasted burnt or just had lack of flavors. It was a disappointment as I liked the coffee beans when it was Sootha and there isn't a good coffee spot in this area. I didn't see any light roasted beans for sale when I visited. I haven't tried any flavored drinks, which all sounded delicious and I see many positive reviews here, so I'd probably try those if I'm back. All of their espresso drinks are $5+ and come with two shots of espresso. The parking lot can be busy but I never have a problem finding parking. It's a cute spot with a few tables. I've studied here before but prior to the ownership change. The workers were very friendly.

Enjoyed a late night visit with a variety of drinks for our group. The staff were friendly and my Dalgona drink with oat milk was refreshing! My only complaint is that it was super crowded and we had nowhere to sit.

A lovely cafe with plenty of space to study and catch up with friends. Right when I walk in, I was greeted by the lovely baristas and made me felt right at home! I enjoyed their honey lavender latte and their ham and cheese croissant. The latte was the right amount of sweetness and a good balance between honey and lavender. The ham and cheese was so fulfilling to eat for breakfast as well! Their jam-like sauce that they give is a perfect addition for sweet and savory lovers like me. My friend and I stayed to study and enjoy coffee and breakfast and had such a great and cozy time.
