My boyfriend ordered the brunch burrito with steak and I got the malibu tacos with shrimp. Delicious!! We also got a Mimosa and Cali Creamin' Nitro. I will say the Mimosa was so much bigger than I anticipated. Dave & Buster's is right across the way so TLT is a great pairing with an arcade date!

This review is mainly about food quality. I ordered delivery through Uber eats and Honestly, I've been to TLT a few times and enjoyed myself, but lately it has not been up to par. When I pay $13.00-15.00 for a dish I expect food quality to be a bit better. We ordered a quesadilla salad bowl with pork belly and upon delivery found the pork belly burnt as hell to a char (see photo). It had the consistency of jerky and was extremely dry and inedible. Not to mention just random scattered pieces. I hope the quality control on the most significant part of the dish (the meat) gets better because all other parts of the dish would've been prime with the flavors. The chimichurri noodles were alright and tasted a bit more fresh. It was a bit too much different flavors at one time but I enjoyed the texture of the noodles and crunch of the peanuts.

I ordered the taco combo: OC with ahi and Miami with shrimp, plus brussels and a margarita. It was almost correct even though I was asked twice what my order was I had short rib in my OC taco instead. Thankfully, the food was delicious and the margarita was STRONG so I was too drunk to Karen out. The team member that brought us our food asked us if the food he brought was our order and he kept staring while we ate. A little odd but at least he made the drinks well.

Very 1 flavored and blandI would never come back and pay 30 for almost no meat and only lime flavor. The employees were not helpful when I asked for a side of sauce because I didn’t like the food. Skip this place and go somewhere else

Food here is really great. Just like it was on the show. I recommend their bowls as i feel you can get the best bang for your buck. The appetizers are really great, especially the brussel sprouts and the artichoke hearts. Overall that's really good food and for a really good price. The really quick to make the food and Tuesdays they have a really good taco Tuesday deal.

We tried the food at the restaurant, it was good and that's why we decided to do the catering but the food was really really disappointing with the catering.1. We had to throw away both the taco full trays and order in new food for all the guests at that moment. Tacos were all super dry including the outer tortillas being dry and hard to chew. It seemed like there were no sauces or salsas in it. (People started eating within an hour we picked up the food and then had to wait due to this issue)2. The Cali bowl had just rice and very less veggies but the taste was good so we kept it. Also, there was no serving spoon given for the bowl.Overall, it was a very bad experience with catering the food. Not worth the price with this quality of food in catering. We felt bad that we had to throw away the food as well as the guest had to wait for the new food to come.PS: Ethan Kass helped us with the ordering the food.

Eating here is a perfectly neutral experience, I've been here a few times, and every time something was either broken or out. The food is just a little more expensive than is comfortable for a single taco, every option has something pickled or vinegar based on it, that offsets the dish just enough to take it from good to ok. Over all it has good bones but feels poorly executed. 5/10 I don't look forward to eating here, but I won't avoid it.

This place has solid variety and the quality tasting items. I'm not sure if it has any stand out honorable mentions, but to each their own. Tends to be a little more expensive than your average fast food. Get the ghost pepper sauce they have it's fire. Would I go back? Yes First choice? No

TLT is probably my favorite quick service spot in the Spectrum. I watched the chefs win on Food Truck Wars and when I saw they opened a brick and mortar spot, I had to try it. Service is quick, self seating, and they also have beer and margaritas available, perfect for a taco night. I HIGHLY recommend the braised short rib in the "Malibu" taco style. Some of the absolute best braised short rib I have ever had. Taco combos are $15 - it comes with 2 tacos, any style, any meat, a side (get the elote) and a drink (including their house made limeade which is FANTASTIC). 2 tacos and a side might not seem like much food, but I never leave hungry, although I wouldn't complain if they made it 3 tacos. While the food is amazing, 4/5 stars due to the value. Like I said, $15 and you get 2 tacos and a small side, or $13 for a salad that comes with only a couple small pieces of fish on top.

This spot is bomb -- one of my new favorites in the Spectrum. I had been wanting to try it for a while, and I was surprised to see it fairly empty on a Saturday during dinnertime. Their menu definitely offers an interesting assortment, with some Asian fusion items and Mexican food. We stuck to Mexican and ordered the Meat Taco Sampler, Heavenly Loaded Fries and the Elote. All items really hit the spot, and I was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful everything was. The Loaded Fries were incredibly delicious -- I love the addition of the slaw because it made it a lot more balanced. As for the tacos, all of them were good but my favorites were the Malibu and Miami. I wasn't sure how they selected the meats for each taco because I kind of wanted to try the shrimp or ahi but they were all chicken / steak. The Elote was also the perfect balance of sweet, savory and rich. Really appreciated the pickled onions as well. This spot is really casual but definitely a worthy spot for dinner. The staff members were all friendly and brought our food out to us really promptly. Overall, great experience and I'm sure I'll be back the next time I'm doing some shopping!

Man oh man how times have changed. This used to be one of my favorite fusion taco spots that I would always encourage everyone to come and try. Now you get sub standard service and food. I came in around a month ago and I'm just now getting around to updating my review. The menu options have changed completely, the tacos tasted less fresh (stale tortilla) and the way you order the tacos are completely different. Service was also horrible. The cashier was literally ignoring my questions when I asked him for sauce on the side. He kept looking at the kitchen as if he was afraid to answer my request for more sauce and was completely ignoring me. Finally someone from the kitchen shoved the sauce to the cashier and he gave me some. Never coming back here again. Too many good places with better service so it doesn't make sense to come back here. What a damn shame. This used to be my favorite spot.

We ordered seasoned pork belly nacho, flavorful and tasty. Will be back for another round soon! Even better their taco Tuesday now expanded to most weekday now!
