It's good food but to fill you up you have to try Mos 2 on grand and 1st next to the DMV.

Got via Door Dash delivery.Food order was accurate but disappointing. The teriyaki flavor was nonexistent, beef was dry and not a quality cut, the avocado was sketchy/not fresh and the whole thing smelled slightly spoiled/unpleasant. It was inedible and not cheap. The Club sandwich presentation was nice. Bland, salty and the bread became mushy after first bite. Ended up just picking through the fillings. Onion rings are some non-descriptive frozen variety.Super disappointing.

Love this place! Food is always great. Made fresh. Staff are always nice and give great service. My favorite thing to get here is the TUNA MELT! I am not a fan of tuna at all until I had theirs. There are times where they will run out because they make a certain amount of tuna salad for the day. Not complaining about that, I just know that it was made fresh that day, so I definitely love it! So order ahead by calling in. If you're not a fan of it at all, give any of their sandwiches a try and ask them to add that chipotle sauce, changes everything, you will thank you me later. If you are in the Irvine area, give them a try!Kid-friendliness: They have baby seat chairs for dine-in and kid friendly items as well.Parking: Since this is a small cafe surrounded by business establishments it will be difficult to park but it is fortunate that you do not have to pay for any parking. Usually people come to just pick up and go so parking isn't usually a problem.

Used to come here when I worked down the street, so I thought I would stop by while in the area. Unfortunately as with most places, the prices are crazy these days. $20 for a sandwich, fries, and a fountain drink. Also, they could not seem to understand what I was asking for and of course, I received the wrong sandwich. It was pretty easy order turkey, bacon, and mayo on a French roll. Received a club sandwich (white toast) minus the ham, lettuce, tomato, etc. Not what I wanted. Oh well. Simply cannot afford to eat out with these prices today. Four years ago, it was $9.75 and now has doubled.

I work with two wonderful ladies that recommended this place for lunch! We called in the order during lunch hour and I ordered the chicken pesto panini, it was delightful! The toasty bite and delicious chicken and pesto were everything I needed that hungry afternoon. They have tasty fries and salads as well! Their customer service is on point and they are always fast and friendly!

By far the best bang for your buck in the area. I order something different each time I visit and it's always delicious. They serve made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and burgers. The food comes with a side salad, chips, fries, or sweet potato fries. The sandwiches are so big that I'm completely full after eating it so I save my side for later. There is always a steady flow of customers, and at times there is a line out the door. Regardless of how busy they get, it's never a long wait and the food is always quality. Everyone who works there is super nice. They have seating inside, with AC. They also have tables with umbrellas outside. It's located in the TriQuest corporate center off Barranca and Technology. Once you find it, you'll keep returning.

What a great little cafe! I love trying all the local mom and pop type sandwich shops and haven't been compelled to write a review for many of them, but this one definitely deserves it! I found them on UberEats and decided to try them out. You can tell they take pride in their product and presentation. My tuna sandwich was delicious with a great crunch from the celery bits and the veggie wrap was fresh and tasty! What great value that they come with a pickle and your choice of a side salad, fries, or chips.

Very nice people working here. Lots of vegetarian options. I love the kale salad with tofu. Pretty good prices and good portions.

My wife and I have been here a few times and each time anything that we ordered came out wonderful and tasty, and delicious. Funny how some owners get it and others miss the mark when it comes to making and serving food to the public. Ooh, another thing, don't let the outside front of the cafe fool you, there is plenty of room table space inside and with very clean bathrooms which is Plus! Plenty of places to park (just a few spaces in front of) but not a big deal to walk. I had their cheese burger and fixens , my wife had their Philly cheese steak sand and fixens, second time we went we had different sandwiches to try out, same wonderful . There is a short cut to get their (if you work in or around Sand Canyon and Irvine Center Dr found it to be scenic and faster than going all the way Irvine Center Dr to Barranca - Waze or Google Maps sent me on this short cut) They have "Daily Specials" Menu Board Listed for each of the Week. You should probably want to get there before 12 O'clock Noon Lunchtime or 1 pm after lunch, especially if Boss is a "Work Lunch-Time Clock Watcher" As this place is getting known. Cheers !

I have enjoyed my share of little deli's across America over my 66 years on the planet and I have to say the Triquest Cafe ranks in the top 5! Every meal I have ordered there has been outstanding and very delicious. If you ever want the world's best Tuna Melt then you must try theirs. It is superb! The bread is crisp, golden, and buttery. The tuna salad has enough ingredients in it to give it great flavor without losing the essence of the fish. I cannot say enough good things about this cafe and their owners!

Solid lunch place near my office. They have a great variety of daily specials including Korean BBQ and Japanese curry. The sandwiches and hot items like burgers are also very solid. The vegetables especially for the sandwiches taste really fresh. The staff as well are really nice and will remember your name after a few visits. Update: This lunch place is still going strong. I feel like nothing has changed in quality after the lockdown. The staff is still amazing as ever and the food is still great. Please come and support this restaurant if you're in the area.
