The chicken is extremely low quality and dripping with oils and grease. The seasoning is very strange and overdone. Overall I can not eat because the grease from the soggy soaked crust of the chicken pools up in my mouth and tastes disgusting.

We had a delicious lunch; chicken salad and a chicken sandwich which we are taking with us to eat tomorrow since we have a refrigerator at the hotel. Byron was most courteous and friendly.?

Chicken itself is really good. They just refuse not to drown your food in coleslaw, no matter how much you tell them you don't want it. If you dislike coleslaw like me, it might not be worth it (frustration of getting back to your office with a coleslaw sandwich, or waiting for them to remake while your friends or coworkers all finish their food)

This place is great, definitely among the best fried chicken places in Irvine. I usually get the Bag of Chicken with Cottage Fries, a true dynamic duo. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, the sauce is excellent (better than Canes imo), and the fries are solid. A must try!

Great friendly service. One guy holding down the fort by himself. Taking orders, cooking, and working the register but always with a smile. We had the fried chicken sandwiches and the potatoes. The potatoes were awesome! Great portion, piping hot, and super flavor! The chicken sandwiches weren't so great. The chicken was really greasy and surprisingly flavorless. The bun was fresh and the toppings were good, but I wouldn't get the fried chicken sando again. Maybe next time I'll try the grilled. Better for my heart anyway!

The looks were great, however the taste to my boyfriend and I were not hitting right. The whole entire bun was so greasy, and it just didn't sit right . The chicken however is moist and super good. I would recommend trying the tenders I bet they'd be to die for. However the cottage fries were so good! Overall I wouldn't mind trying this place again just wouldn't get a chicken sandwich .

Went here yesterday to eat but got grossed out after seeing the cook (through the small window) flip a piece of chicken and buns with his bare hands. Did not end up eating here, went to the Mexican restaurant in the same plaza instead.
