Omg Maria is possibly one of the sweetest counter people I have ever encountered!!!! The food, like always, simply fresh and spectacular!!! Can’t wait to come back to this location!!! For the service, food and ambiance. Fresh salas!!!
Dry, with other food droppings. Compared to another chain restaurant, I find Wahoo's foods very dry.But last time, I found a piece of pork which our religion forbids ( since the animal eats excreta). I almost threw up when I saw it. Definitely careless attitude from the server, or possible issues with the organization. Our family shall never return to Wahoo's.I also realized that the food is about 25% costlier than another chain, which had much better tasty food.
Good quality food with reasonable price.
If you are looking for an American twist on Mexican cuisine, this is a good place. Shrimp, carnitas, and chicken are good protein for your entree. Chips were fresh as well.
Excellent mexican food and a nice ambience. If you are an Irvine resident, then use the Retail Therapy app for some nice discounts.
A quick place to pop into for a tacos in the middle of a shopping spree. They have a large menu filled with tacos, bowls, burritos and more. They also have a large selection of salsas! Highly recommend the crispy fish tacos! $3.99 each and worth every bite! It's the perfect combination of crispy and tender. I also tried the Mr Lee spicy chicken burrito with brown rice. The chicken is super spicy on it's own and delicious when prepared with one of the hot salsas. The burrito didn't feel like anything special. It had tons of mushrooms which I appreciated, but would overall recommend the crispy fish tacos.
Love this place. They shut a lot of wahoo in my area. So when I saw them it was no doubt I was going to eat there. And they have a full bar.
Wahoos: where the prices got bigger and the portions smaller. All their establishments have been like this which is a big let down. The reduced portions and higher prices have occurred prior to COVID-19. I am done with Wahoos.
Stopped by on our way home. Always great food!
The burritos here are about 2/3 the size compared to other Wahoos I visit. Usual I leave very full. Today I left hungry.
Wahoo's is one of my all-time favorite places. We miss the one that was closest to us so everytime were up in the Irvine area we make sure to stop and bring food home. Jameson of course loves the battered fish tacos and my favorite is the chicken tortilla soup and the Baja rolls. Bailey and Joel love the burritos. I don't think we've ever had anything bad from Wahoo's. I didn't see then last night but if you find the churro chips and the pineapple margarita they are must tries too! The people are always nice too. Great food, laid back environment and never disappoints!
Fun place to eat and hang out. Meals were also very good. Price is pretty decent as well
Chill spot to grab quick lunch in between shopping. Love how staff here goes above and beyond to acknowledge you and make you feel their grateful for serving you. From the greeter, to cashier, to person wiping down and disinfecting tables and high touch areas to the person delivering my food. A star service!!!!! Thank you wahoos! And food was fresh and chips were hot as they should! Happy customer.
Decent food and great service. Lots of protein choices with delish salsas. Even have plant based options. Love the tacos and guacamole is awesome.
