I ordered through Wendy’s mobile app and had my food delivered. I didn’t receive my fries and other items. The burger was cold and made wrong. My coke was Diet Coke. I had to drive over to the Wendy’s after I had surgery and didn’t want to drive. I was t greeted, I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting. When they finally came over I asked for the manager, who came over Gererdo, I believe. He seemed to not understand ‘me. He tried 6 times to find my order when I showed him my receipt over the phone. The order was about $18 however I paid $32 for fees & delivery. Ridiculous. He finally found it after bringing another employee over. They all spoke Spanish however I understood what they were saying after having 4 yrs of Spanish in high school and 1 yr at my university. He said I was crazy & lying! They finally found my order, I had the entire order not touched however missing items. They said we don’t know what happened. We put the delivery orders over by the trash cans where they can’t see the orders so who knows who had access to my order? He did not want to fix my order after he picked up the burger and opened it up with his fingers going through it. He was very unprofessional & I was shocked of this type of attitude. All the employees I could see were laughing. He did not want to help me. I asked for a refund he said no. He refused to fix my order. I would avoid this Wendy’s and go somewhere else After seeing the unprofessional attitude and refusal to fix my order I hope you’re able to read this review and avoid a huge headache! Who knows what’s going on in there and what’s going on with the food. .

Very incompetent staffs. Place a mobile order, but staff said she can't find my order. Which would've been fine, but instead just fix their mistake. She told me there's nothing they can do, and won't honor my order. Even after showing my receipt on my phone. This store is fraudulent, and avoid coming here at all cost.

I pulled up and asked to have a second to look at the menu. The woman scoffed at me verbally loud enough for ne to hear it through the mic. So I went over to the Paris baguette in the same parking lot and payed LESS for more food then I would have ordered. Disappointed

Wendy’s is exactly what you would expect from a fast food burger joint. Couldn’t give a fifth star because the orders are not consistently accurate. There is, however, a good variety for all including chicken sandwiches, nuggets, burgers, salads, and chili.Value meals are still a good bargain even though the 4for$4 is now the 4for$5 biggie bag. We are often on the go between sport practices and events and Wendy’s is a lifesaver. If they could just improve on consistently providing utensils, straws, condiments, it would be a five star review for sure.

Wanted a quick breakfast so decided to dine in. Cashier couldn’t scan the BOGO Bfast Baconator coupon so I tried the app. It took a few tries and a lot of error messages from the app but finally got the order in. Branch told me that my order was not in their queue. Had to call my bank to dispute the charges since Wendy’s customer service number only works Monday-Friday. ??♂️ Lost my appetite after that.

This is the worst Wendy’s restaurant. Everytime I’ve gone there they get my order wrong. How tough is it to make a single cheeseburger with no ketchup and add mustard with a side of well done fries??? Well, apparently it is very difficult because they screw it up EVERY TIME. Tonight, after yet another fiasco, I’ve finally decided never to go there again. The poor excuse for a manager doesn’t know anything about customer service cause she doesn’t know how to apologize.i got my money back and will never go back. Shame, cause i love Wendy’s.

F’d by drive-thur. On my mobile order I asked for condiments. We should be thankful that at least got the sandwiches, nuggets, and fries for everone. But team very upset that there wasn’t their favorite sauces. Thanks Wendy's for the big fat zero in making me look bad. Never again drive thur. Maybe never again ever!
Always a decent burger here, never too long of a line and it’s a quick in and out.Beef always tastes way fresher and service is not bad at all for a fast food joint.

Food quality is good here for few selects. Try the crispy checked sandwich , wells it’s cost is more than mac-d though . Key thing to improve here is customers service . Please provide receipt to customer when visited .
