Completely wrong order was delivered after waiting for an hour and when we called, they said you need to talk to the manager. After almost 15 minutes of being hold, he said he is too busy and can’t talk and will call back, he never did!!! Will never order from them again.

Online service is supposed to be made for convenience but it’s the most inefficient service not to mention attempting to order take out from the counter itself is a nightmare. I highly recommend checking to make sure your fries and wings are at least temperature hot!

Got wings just 30 minutes ago the wings were good but the fries were inedible . No seasoning not even salt and all burnt and dried up like come on people . U can get better fries at a gas station .

I ordered a 10 piece combo upon receiving my order. I only had eight so I brought it to the front they threw away the eight piece combo, then made a new combo but the pieces were very small and I was missing a piece on one of the orders. Would love store credit, or a comparable amount or a full refund they reached out on yelp but never followed up

This place gave me the completely incorrect order. He repeated the correct order back to me but what they gave me was something completely different. The workers were just standing around in the kitchen taking so it's obvious why they packed the wrong order with my name on it. Don't come here.

This place needs to be inspected/shutdown. Immediately got food poisoning after eating. Would not recommend this location to anyone! California Department of Public Health is notified. Management does nothing to resolve issues.

This place has gone DOWN hill. It seems like you guys hired a bunch of new cooks because they've been doing a half-assed job seasoning the wings last 3 times I've been there. If I were a business owner I would immediately replace the cooking staff because they are pushing good customers away. It seems the like it's the same middle aged, heavy set, Hispanic guys ruining the food. 1st time: got the wrong wings2nd time: wings and fries were cold, under seasoned 3rd time: wings were again under seasoned and when I told the manager she actually said this is how they season them now.I remember Wingstop used to be warm perfectly seasoned wings. What a shame
