I do this thing where i get lost on purpose and try and figure out where I am. Well it was taking longer than usual today so I pulled into a random parking lot to cheat (lol) when I saw this ice cream shop. I immediately looked up their yelp reviews and had to try it and I have to say that it was definitely worth it. I had the Mashti special and it was so good!

We are here eating yogurt, one of the male spanish employees came out, talking with another female employee, while sticking his hands into the assortment containers and picked some cookies into his hands and starting pop into his mouth, one after another, continue talking with that female employee. There were just us inside. We confronted him and told him he violated the health code. He felt embarrassed. We noticed that there were so many cameras in the stores, and I remembered seeing him since last summer. I didn't think anyone monitored through the cameras, and his behavior had never been corrected. This is infront of the customer, what they could do in the back ?... the inmagination is endless. I have made up a mind at the stop: ( i have to eliminate several sentences here).

This Yogurtland is in a favorite Asian food plaza and is good to eat yogurt after a lot of Chinese or Korean food. However, this visit on a Saturday evening, one young female cashier and an older Hispanic dude working the back were chatting away. I'm eating my tasty yogurt when I see the male employee walk up to the condiments bar, casually reach in with his bare hand, and scoop up a handful of chocolate chip cookie chunks and shovel them into his mouth. I got up and told him this violates public heath codes -- he was shocked that his behavior wasn't acceptable in a restaurant. I assume this restaurant's employees need a lot more food safety training. Disgusting. There are plenty of closed circuit tv cams pointed at the bar, but guess the owner or manager is asleep at the switch or doesn't care.

Yogurtland is my go to frozen yogurt place. This place doesn't stand out, it is just like any other yogurtland location. I love how it's self serve and there is a wide variety that you can choose from. The price can add up quickly after adding all the toppings! My go-to is the Original Tarte with fresh fruits and mochi.

Please be aware that this place calculates the price of the shake by weight. This was my first time that I came to Yogurt Land. I decided to get the cold brew coffee frappe. I assumed that it would be a fixed price such as $5. However, I was charged more than $7 for it. The staff admitted that it's strange to calculate the price by weight, but that's how the company set up the system. I would definitely not get the shake in the future. The staff were all very nice. I should have double checked the price before getting the shake.

Practice your stacking potential! 2. Quality of yogurt out of the machine is always solid and well maintained. Texture on point. 3. It's in a nice quiet area and the customers as well as the workers are so nice. Reasons not to go... 1. You can't stack yogurt well. Three takeaways/tips... 1. Practice your stax! 2. Look online for promotions and sign up for a rewards card to get points before your bday if you have one coming up. 3. This location has a peanut butter and chocolate shell squirter.

I believe it is kind of overpriced for yogurt, but I like the food. It's nice that they have samples so customers don't get mad when they want to try a new flavor and turns out they don't like it. Often when I am ready to pay, employees are in the back of the shop and we have to wait until they come to pay.
