The best Ramen Restaurant and it’s right around the corner. The Ramen here is 100% authentic and the best I’ve had in a long long time.

First time at the restaurant. Did not know what to expect. Looked at the menu and was rather pleasantly surprised at the robust selection. Tried the Tonkatsu Miso ramen and it was delicious. My wife had the Salmon Bento box and was pleasantly surprised. And my kids loved the Macarons for dessert. Would highly recommend and will come back again

Came to Orange county for a visit and decided to check yelp for a sushi/ramen place. We only ended up getting the Korokke, seaweed salad, and the spicy garlic edamame. They were all great, Korokke is the only one I would order again for an app. For sushi we ordered the crunch dragon roll and the baked salmon &shrimp tempura roll. they were both excellent if you're craving a cooked roll. Next time we definitely want to try the ramen we just didnt have room, it looked great though! our server Miah was awesome as well and on top of everything and made sure we had everything we need and enjoyed ourselves. The ambiance was pretty open seating very casual. It would be better if the tables had more privacy but overall great experience and would come back.

Ambiance of the restaurant is stellar. They have a clean, sleek, and homey feel to the place. At the time of this review, the servers were helpful, supportive, and patient. My order, the Tonkatsu Black's broth, was packed with bold garlic and roasted sesame which wasn't overwhelming. The noodles were thin and firm which paired well with the broth. The bambooshoots included in the soup gave great texture to each bit. If you're looking for great broth and noodles- a great place to come!

We love Yoshiharu. We've been to several locations over the years. We love their spicy tonkotsu black ramen with chashu. One time though the chashu was a little too lean / dry. The other day we were here we just had chashu bowl and a side of Kara age since they didn't have the Kara age bowl. Enjoyed both! We called in our order and they were ready right on time. And including all the other times we've been here, the service is always good. The place looks nice, clean and quiet/ peaceful.

For the location we went to, it was so busy and there were only 2 cooks and 1 host/server. They did such a good job! The customer service was top tier. Our server was the only one doing runs, taking orders and cleaning and she was still good on making sure we got everything we needed. I thought the food was good. It's a bit on the pricey side. My boyfriend didn't really like his ramen (he's particular on the type of noodles used) Spicy level was a good amount

I was in Irvine for work today and stopped in...St. Louis Pork Ramen was delicious. There is a fully native Japanese in the kitchen and the greeting is pretty great. The fact that they have yaki-gyoza = grilled gyoza is also a high point. Fried gyoza is too disappointing for Japanese.

Excellent ramen at Irvine. I will definitely come back again. The tonkusu black is my flavor, and my kid loves the kid ramen and gyzona.

Found in the middle of the Orchard Hills Shopping Center strip mall, Yoshiharu offers ramen, rice bowls, appetizers, and bentos. Before dining in, looking at the awesome pictures and reading positive reviews made me so excited. But after trying the Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, I would say it's average, as I've had tastier broth and toppings elsewhere. I liked that it came with wood ear mushrooms and a jammy egg, as they are my favorites, but I felt that the broth was lacking in richness for being a miso-based tonkotsu broth. It looked milky and had umami flavor, but somehow I was underwhelmed. The rectangular pork chashu slices were decent, but I wished they were more tender. The shop is small, and the staff are attentive. My friend and I were immediately seated upon walking in right when they opened on a weekday. The food isn't terrible, as it can definitely make a satisfying meal, but I don't see myself coming back for the ramen. I'd probably try one of the rice bowls, though!
