The quality of the bobas varies greatly. As someone who has been drinking boba milk tea almost every day for the past five years, I am confident to say that I have encountered bobas that were old, hard, and broken inside. Probably had been put in their frige. This is something I find very unacceptable. I ordered the Brûlée YoYo with 30% sweetness level and less ice (which wasn't a good idea). The Crème Brûlée only had a thin layer floating on top of the milk tea, and you can never get it through a straw.

This place is trash. I don't usually leave bad reviews and if you don't believe me then check my stats. I ordered a "perfect" matcha with boba. It was far from perfect. It was nasty icy drink and the boba in it was also gross. The icy part has lots of ice chunks. My husband got their feeling peachy that was whatever. Drinks also took awhile. Also, I wanted a milk perfect matcha but they didn't put that the milk one is different from their icy perfect matcha anywhere. She told me I had to specific which it doesn't state. But they didn't want to fix it for me. But either way I won't be back. For two drinks that was mostly ice it was $14. There's just way better options in the area. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I got Taro brûlée with boba 30% sugar. The Boba tasted like it was a little old and the taro was too sweet. The sweetness could have been because of the brûlée though.The Boba drink looked very presentable though.There are also no bathrooms.

They make you order on an iPad in the front that consistently doesn't populate with their correct drinks or add ons. I specifically asked if they had honey boba even though it wasn't showing up on the menu and they said yes. So I wrote in the special instructions to add honey boba and told them verbally. When I get my drink mine has no boba and my boyfriends (whose drink is supposed to have crystal boba) has honey boba. I tell her I'm so sorry but mine is the one that's supposed to have honey boba and she just told me basically too bad so sad. I really like their drinks but come on. You can't just put some boba in my drink? And if you couldn't accommodate "special requests" why would you tell me it's ok in the first place. And didn't fix my boyfriend's drink. 13 dollars is too much to pay for two drinks for it to be wrong and then not fixed. I've been here a few times but this will likely be my last.

Coco Literally took care of me she was actually listening to me and I really respect her. She listens and is super sweet and expert making ta. I wanted less sweet. it's usually 30% but I want to see what she would do make it less than 30%. She did not say no sugar at all but instead coco put the bare minimum than %30. %30 is way too much sugar still. She knew I was being Health conscious. I want her to care my order and all the employees should do what she did if the customer is concerned. She is actually the employee of the year for 2024. Listening is a big part of business To make customers happy, and she sure made my night. Matter-of-fact she should be a manager, and all the workers should learn from her.

Yoyo!! Drinks are awesome amd the staff was friendly. Got the pineapple smoothie, found it refreshing and unique. They even give out dog treats super cute. One bad thing. Did not like the cup, was challenging to drink. Overall would be happy to come back.

My Mango Chacha was super watered down and didn't taste like mango very much. For $7.50? I'll pass next time. Gave an extra star for the atmosphere and the fast service.
Was in the Irvine area and felt like getting boba. Looked on yelp and found this spot. Usually I never see any boba place that has grape flavor so decided to try it. The flavor was good and the jelly was super soft and wasn't super chewy. You can also choose your sweetness level, and i went with the medium sweetness which was good. I will definitely come back and try their other flavors.

Yoyo's drinks are soso delicious 4/5 | Perfect Matcha, Grapefruit Yakult | Food: The Perfect Matcha was a smoothie drink with matcha and oreo cookies blended together. Those two flavors mixed in very well, and I was able to taste both ingredients distinctively, which I loved. The Grapefruit Yakult has a strong sour flavor from the grapefruit, and there is a slice of real grapefruit in the drink! Both were solid choices, and I would come back again. Service: We ordered through the ipad right next to the menu. Just an FYI, the prices are different from what is displayed in the menu board. Ambiance: Indoor seating with a couple of tables around. No restrooms for customers.

cool store itself they have a nice menu and some books for your entertainment. Their Grapefruit Yakult is absolutely horrid... it tastes like it had rubbing alcohol in it which is probably due to its season. I only got the drink because the two other ones i wanted were out of stock which i was made aware of after they giggled at me for ordering something they were out of.. twice! In addition, they also giggled at my younger sibling after they couldn't understand that my sibling wanted a certain drink! They're so wonderful! Wouldn't recommend!

been there twice now recently! very quiet but cute & spacious cafe. books on each table. since it was only our first & second time, we asked many questions and the ladies working were happy to answer all the questions about drink flavors. the wall menu is so unique and artsy! the moon latte is sooo good but made me so hyper (lol). the soy bestie i think is my fav!!
