Aaron deserves a raise and he’s is probably the hardest fast wood worker I have seen. Despite being extremely busy, and just him taking orders for both Drive and Lobby, he was able to accomplish both tasks in a professional manner. He definitely deserves that raise !

I went to this Jack n' the box today. And the service there was bad my food was cold and I talked to the worker that took my order and gave me my order. Had the nerve to tell me my order came like that and that he couldn't do anything about.. and not just that I was dining in as well so it's not like I left. The guy who helped me is Peter.. I think he needs more people skills.

A week ago I went to buy a salad and asked for one more envelope of toast and a ranch but the person who served me told me that they only gave one for each order. I told him I'm 19 years old coming to this jack in the box and I order an extra one and they gave it to me but now I was treated in a bad way, he gave me the bag of bread but in a way that was not tolerable since he almost threw the extra bag at me, I parked and got out of the car and went to return the food since The way they treated me honestly took away my appetite for eating my salad... I asked to speak to the manager and that was it... The manager apologized to me... for how they had treated me. Saying that the person who served me at the drive thru had not understood me... Well, I answered that even if he did not understand me, it was no way to give me the bag of Xtra bread that I ordered... now I will not go again for my salad to that place...

Honestly, this is the best Jack in the box. I go to. The workers are great. They're always friendly. They remember me, they greet me nicely. There is ready to help always courteous. My order is always right. Always cooked fresh and always quick as hell like I'm amazed as how fast they get the food out. Great place can't talk enough. Praise about them.

The sourdough jack was cold and bread was a little hard. Curly fries were also cold. Cashier was a little rude and got an attitude when I asked questions about other burgers. Most tables and floor were very dirty. Fountain drink area was also very dirty and messy.Parking: Plenty of parking. Maybe everyone knows it's dirty to eat inside.

I took my daughter's to this jack like 20 min ago because they love jack. I waited in the car with my other little ones. They went down to order inside. I thought it was going to be faster. No They ended up waiting 30 min there. I don't know what's going on with this employees and management. They don't care about their customer service anymore.

I went in for two free tacos with purchase of large drink — promo for Lakers win and hold opponents to under 111 points — and the tacos were awful. There was so little meat inside, the taco shel was flat. At first I thought they forgot to put anything in it. So disappointed. Wonder if Lakers know their promo is awful. I won’t get fooled a second time.
