Love mojos... been coming here for two years almost every other day either to study or for a drink. As of lately, the music is so insufferable I don't come here anymore. Playing songs about grooming and sex is beyond weird. Wish they would fix the music or make a set playlist. Additionally, the WiFi has been down for over 2 months. Cannot stand being here anymore.

I came to Mojos for the first time today and had an amazing experience. This is my first year living in IV, and usually I don't have a good experience at restaurants considering majority of the workers are students, they don't necessarily have the best customer service. Oh boy did Mojo prove me wrong. I think they have the best boba in town, and their pork belly bowl was one of the best meals I've had in a while. Seems like I'll be spending most of my time at IV here at this cafe. Relaxing environment, great food & snacks, amazing customer service--Does that not sound like the place that college students belong to? You haven't tried this place yet? What the hell are you doing... TRY IT NOW!

I've NEVER been so angry at a restaurant. I am a regular customer at Mojo's. Today, I ordered a sandwich & boba combo. I received a sandwich with almost ZERO filling. See the picture -- I didn't remove any of the filling. That cost me $9. Nine. Dollars. The worst part? When I very politely asked them to fix it, they didn't. Now, I'm usually patient with food workers; I've worked In customer service myself. But this, man...Terrible service. I asked Mojo's why they didn't give me the sandwich they advertised. (The menu shows a very full sandwich.) They said "it's just our policy", tried to gaslight me, and gave me a little box of pork to fill it up on my own. Except, take a look at the pic, lol. I've ordered this sandwich before; even that "extra" pork isn't enough to recreate the ACTUAL SANDWICH I ORDERED. Mojo's, my dudes, this is false advertising. I blame Mojo's management. I don't know WHAT new policy this is, but wow. You've outdone yourselves. This is the worst service I've ever received. If you're out of filling, just say so & don't offer the sandwich. DON'T trick your customers and make us pay for a sandwich we won't even get. It's dishonest, manipulative, and literally so greedy. UPDATE: Apparently, the employees are saying I was offered a refund or remake. I will emphasize, this did NOT happen. I was never offered any of this. **I was not refunded.** The closest I got was an offer to get me more pork in a box to remake it myself. Which I found confusing and dismissive. Believe me, I would have been perfectly happy if we could have resolved it quickly. I was frustrated, but I did not yell or anything when I asked them why they weren't giving me the right sandwich I paid for. At most, I was firm with many "Sorry's." The rudest thing I said was "Thanks...I guess." I fail to see how that's uncooperative. Sorry, Mojo's, but your employees are lying to you. It pains me to say that, as I am very pro-labor, and I assumed the employees were simply following orders. If not, well, that's a shame. Maybe it was just miscommunication, but now there's this twisted narrative that I lied about what happened. That's...literally so upsetting. I can't even right now.

I came in the other day to order a Boba tea with a friend of mine. There was self serve kiosk at the front that I ordered from, no employee to take my order. A lady came from the back with a very bad attitude and began making my drink. Without even saying anything to her she looks over at us as says in a nasty tone "is there something I can help you with?" We explain that were just waiting for the drink no big deal. She replies with "IT WILL BE A COUPLE MINUTES" and the goes about making the drink. Once she was done she walked over the counter and just slid it over towards me with zero acknowledgement or thank you or anything. She acted as if It was a huge inconvenience to have just made that drink for me. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Strawberry Jasmine Milk Tea 7.38/10- really tasty and I like how it was still pretty sweet even with less sugar. Strawberry taste is very evident but complements the jasmine milk tea perfectly. The aloe Vera jelly was also really good. A bit watered down but still p good

I'm not from around here but I wanted some popcorn chicken this was what that came up. There wasn't anyone at the counter for you to order from or to ask questions, it was electronic which isn't bad but I didn't see any popcorn chicken & I had placed my order already. So once I placed my order someone was making the drinks came up & when I asked they didn't even serve popcorn chicken... the only reason I even bothered to come. Thats just annoying & I spent almost $40 here. I could have just went somewhere else. My fault for just looking at the yelp which is clearly not up to date. Lesson learned. Now I'm just annoyed someone needs to keep it updated that they don't have things. Even a sign in the store would have been nice.

I love this place!! Anytime I have a big test or something stressful coming up my roommate and I stop here for boba. I love the mango jasmine milk tea boba especially, or the Thai tea. Ordering is all done through an ipad and you can adjust the sweetness and the ratio of everything but the staff is also so nice. So glad this is near me!

Best Boba ever!! So so so so good. Service is friendly and helpful.The atmosphere is not very inviting - you can sit and drink your boba there. Would i want to sit here by myself-- no way. But in a group it works.Some places you go to have a coffee or tea because it's so lovely to just sit there and enjoy your surroundings... This is NOT that place. But that's ok...you go here because the boba is so excellent.

Ordered through DoorDash and was happy that the order was completed quickly. I ordered their honey milk tea and their beef bowl. I liked the milk tea, it was a good sweetness level and I was happy there was a non dairy option. The beef bowl satisfied my hunger, but it wasn't anything special. I feel like it would be better fresh. I enjoyed the seaweed salad that came with it, but it did get warm from being in the same container as the beef and rice. Pretty good food and solid milk tea!
