I have visited this place at its old and new location for over 32 years. Great service. Food is diner style and very good. Friendly attentive service. Inexpensive pricing. Love the cowboy platter & the local Jackson customers are fun to watch.....like armed shire folk.
We drive from Stockton to eat at Mel & Fayes Diner. They have the best burgers around!Parking: They have a large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: They have automatic doors.

It's a nice place for tourists and it's filled with locals as well. We had a very simple breakfast and it was fine. Eggs, beef patty, toats, and a waffle. Everything was hot and cooked correctly. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean and the staff obviously worked together to keep it that way. It's definitely the place to eat while in Jackson.
