“Beyond England, it's very difficult to find a tasty Porter. They usually taint it with chocolate or coffee. This is a basic Porter which is smooth and is one of the best I've ever had. It was served by two friendly ladies behind the counter Who provided great service. The Bibb salad was enormous and delicious. The only thing this place does wrong is they are not open seven days a week.”

“I heard from a little bird that they served Pork belly bites. Can we say yummy ?. Tender and full of flavor. Perfect for snacking on. So I got some pulled brisket to take home. Once again fantastic. Great for Sammie's or on a salad. Well I couldn't possibly stop there. Came home today with a double order of the sliced brisket. When I opened the box a single tear rolled down my cheek . I haven't had brisket like this since I left the south. They will be seeing a lot of me. Thank you for the fabulous food and a great place to feel welcomed into . I wanted to add a picture but I'm old and can't figure out how so I'll just say go try it. You won't be disappointed”

“This is a dependable Asian and American casual place to dine or take-out. Ordered orange chicken and broccoli beef with vegetable chow mein and fried rice. The portions were large and could feed two people. The food was good and fresh - nothing fancy - but the seasoning and sauce was done well, and it was satisfying. Service was quick for a take-out, and pleasant. They are open a bit later on some days and I hope they continue this. Susanville is seriously lacking decent dining and fast casual in the evening hours, and many places are closed on weekdays. Seriously, some of us work and don't get home until 7:00 p.m. yet many places close at 6:30-7:00 p.m. At least this place is open until 8:00 or 9:00! So, they'll get my business, unlike places that close early or close or weekdays.”

“This has to be the friendliest grocery store in the state. They also have a good selection of meats and produce and other items. I was able to pick everything I needed. If I'm ever back in Susanville, I'll definitely shop here again.”

“T&A now has a restaurant next to the cocktail lounge. My friend and I went to the lounge and had a bloody Mar the went next door to the restaurant for lunch. It was Friday so we both ordered clam chowder and salad as well as an order of garlic bread to share. It was so yummy and the service was amazing.”

“It is a delicious old-time burger joint. What's NOT to love?! They make the best Burgers for the price, have wonderful sides, and the service is amazing. The dining area shows her age a bit but is easily overlooked when you are enjoying the friendly staff and delicious food.Parking: Tons of easy parking.”

“By far the best pizza in Susanville. Very fast delivery service. However I can't say much about the hot wings. I've never seen such small wings. I ordered ten wings and only one was of decent size. Never again will I order the wings but I will always get my pizzas there.”

“I had a taco salad, and it was good, but I like the shell to be warm, and it was like pre-cooked and not warm, and my husband's first bit was not hot it was luke warm. But the young girl is good about checking on us. The prices have gone up considerably...I guess that's because everything has gone up. Hopefully that will change when we get a new leader if our country....”

“The food is great, especially considering that this Japanese restaurant is located in a rural town, the staff are very efficient, pleasant and helpful and the prices are quite reasonable. Parking is easy and one doesn't have to worry about vehicle break-ins and other crime problems. I'm glad I found this place since I'm frequently in the Susanville area.”

“The drive through can be a bit tricky at busier times. There is lots of available parking but in one parking area you can get stuck behind the line for the drive through. I ordered the 2 for $5 Jr. burgers and they were pretty substantial for a jr burger. We also got fries and I did enjoy them. They weren't the skinny fries you get from some other fast food restaurants, they were crispy on the outside but tender on the inside, very tasty.”

“I would like to compliment the young waiter named Shayla. She does great credit to your business. We arrived a about 5:15, and it seemed she was the only one on duty as she ran about serving, seating, pouring soup and putting together salads for many clients until further help arrived. I would give her a raise, and advise you to think about giving the rest of the wait staff a lesson on hard work, by getting them to watch Shayla. Thanks. The meal was fine too.”

“I hadn’t been to Subway for many months, but after seeing a television spot of their capicola, I wanted to return. I ordered two footlongs. One, their Italian B.M.T. which was prepared by Robert just how I wanted it. I also ordered their footlong Steak & Cheese, again prepared by Robert. Both sandwiches contained fresh ingredients, wonderful bread, and a fair portion of meats and were delicious. My only complaint is that Subway doesn’t sell their breads a la carte.”

“I mentioned my boy wasn't feeling well and suddenly wanted a bacon Gouda sandwich and the lady at the window at 4pm on 11/03 drew him little balloons with a "feel better soon" on his sandwich wrapper. First smile I've gotten out of my little sicko in days. Management needs to give this lady a pat on the back for going above and beyond with her customer service when these days a lot of customer service people can be really impersonal. Thank you!”

“EDIT UPDATE: I have given this location 5 stars in the past and I am going to do so for one reason and one reason only..... the owner! My family obviously orders from this establishment ALOT ,well recently we had a not so fun experience and the owner went above and beyond to make it right. We ordered 4 pizzas last night and one was raw, my husband had just gotten off of work he was exhausted and just wanted to bring the pizza back to either get a new one or have them recook that same one. Mind you this is the 3rd time this has happened we typically don't complain and this time we did. When my husband called the manager we were met with confrontation and rudeness, she said she would not make another pizza and she was just not pleasant, so my husband went down in person and asked her for the owners phone number, and she gave him it while saying he's going to tell you the same thing I am! When my husband called the owner he was extremely professional, understanding, and rectifying of the situation. My husband said talking to him was like talking to a long lost friend! He was very kind and apologized and he more than made the situation better. I truly believe we all have bad days because even as my husband was leaving the manager said " next time you order theres a option for well done." Im sorry honey but Raw vs. Well done is a huge difference we don't want our pizza burnt just cooked. I am still very happy with the outcome, and hope that the manager can not take things so personally! It is not a reflection of her if something like this happens but it is a reflection of her how she handled it, that being said A HUGE SHOUT OUT to the owner!! Thank you for making things right we will continue to order from your restaurant and we will continue to speak highly of it!Great customer service!! Thats key guys!! Clean store! Owner is hands on and doesn't treat employees like crap.... Oh did I mention its clean unlike many other fast foods!! Thnx guys!! Keep it up!!”

“April 1st approximately 4-4:30 pm whoever the young lady and gentleman were working there deserve the absolute utmost appreciation and my hope is that they will be recognized for their amazing customer service! I have had a terrible experience in the past where I placed a big order and the location marked it as ready and never called me to tell me they were out of items instead they just didn't do the order at all and then they didn't refund me correctly either ( Walmart location). I was so upset because I waited hours why it showed them on the app making it then they marked it ready and it wasn't which really rubbed me the wrong way But.... THIS LOCATION BY SAFEWAY DID THE EXACT OPPOSITE! they called to inform me what items they were out of and what substitutes they had to offer she was so kind and friendly and they even wrote which sandwich was which on my wrappers!! Talk about freaking customer service talk about going above and beyond. I'm so impressed with the female employee who called me and the gentleman who was there when I arrived! Thank you for your customer service ?”
