it was freezing in there. my order was wrong and they brought it back cold. only one waiter at lunch time.we had to get our condiments from other tables ourselves. the plates the food was served on were cold. all around a bad experience for the price and the drive. the waiter was brain dead. sorry but that's how he acted. Then on top of it all my disabled granddaughter nearly fell on some kids shoes the entitled mother let her leave directly in front of the door. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Definitely the worst Thanksgiving dinner that I’ve ever had. The food was freezing cold, literally not even lukewarm. Even when we mentioned it to the server and had it sent back it still came out cold. The soup in the beginning was also lukewarm at best. The very young, very green staff seem to be doing the best they could and we were told there was no management on site at all. Shame on management and shame on the owners, you ruined peoples Thanksgiving dinners due to your lack of support of your staff. Honestly I visited this restaurant a couple years ago and had a much different experience. It is way more casual now, they need to adjust the menu and the pricing. Our server was very sweet but literally stood at the end of a table of 14 people and had us yell orders down to him. We did not receive refills. The tables were not pre-bussed, We had a kids meal come out with just a plain dry hamburger sitting on a plate without any french fries or garnish. We asked about the fries and they came out over 20 minutes later. We tried to speak to management and the bartender said there is no manager on duty and he was sorry that our food was cold and offered a small discount. The dinner rolls served on the plate were about the size of a Silverdollar, so hard you could barely cut them, mine was clearly burned at the bottom and they just cut off the burnt part and set the half roll on my plate. Paying over $500 for a family to not even eat is really unfair. If you are looking for a nice meal, please go across the street, heck find fast food even! At least it will be warm.
