I was eating my bowl and felt something on the sharp side, weird cause nothing in here is sharp or hard. Pulled it out of my mouth and what do you know, it's a piece of steel wool sponge, how did it get in here? Y'all washing the food with the sponge ? I'm glad i didn't swallow it cause that's so dangerous guys. Please be cleaner with going from washing dishes and prepping food. what did I do with it?

This place does me right every time I go there! Juan cooks it up and does it right! There chicken is always and I mean always juicy and tasty. Don't get me started on that potato salad ooooo it hits the spot! Just make sure you use this place as a take out spot. The dinning area is extremely small, Juan uses that hot fire in the back so it gets really hot in there!
Ordered a Big Chicken Burrito with no lettuce, it came w lettuce. They remade it with no lettuce but also didn't add cheese. They were too busy talking amongst themselves to notice customers waiting to order. Not a great first time, will only have it once more, if the same happens it will be the last time.

I had a catering order for a party of 30 and let me tell you that Juan Pollo did not disappoint! Everyone loved the food. The chicken was juicy and tasty, the rice has little chicken bits in it and is very very tasty and the the potato salad- the best!! Everything was fresh and delicious. It was our first time trying Juan Pollo and definitely not the last! This coming from a picky Mexican family haha. My mouth waters every time I think about that potato salad. I also like the way the food was packaged and that all utensils were included. Highly recommend.
