So glad we tried this place! It's one of the best cheesesteak sandwiches we've had. The bread was so soft, the meat, cheese, peppers & mushroom were scrumptious!! Will definitely be back!

There were two gentlemen working, talk about great service! Greeted us, offered suggestions, took our order quick, made great tasting food, and came out from behind the counter to make sure everything was good. They treated every customer the same the whole time we were there. Even regulars came in, and it was so awesome to see how excited the customer was to walk in the establishment. It is so great to get great services and food these days. This will definitely be a go to place for us.

The service here was very friendly, very professional, and very efficient. I have to say though, that the food was a little bland. There was something missing from the sandwiches. I had the Philly with mushrooms and also a Buffalo Philly, and neither of them were great, not bad, but not great. I would describe the restaurant as slightly less than really clean. The tables are cracked and wobbly, and in need of a deep cleaning. I would give them another try if I were in the neighborhood again, but it could use some improvement.
I gotta say this place has the best philly cheesesteaks and very good prices on everything, excellent service as well...

I purchase cheesesteaks for me and my family. I set a pick up time for 7. I arrived at 6:50. The staff was working on my order. They acknowledged me when I walked in. They looked super busy but in control. Very friendly cashier. I can hear communication with cashier and cooks. They work well. It smelled delicious in the restaurant. The restaurant is clean and happy atmosphere. I got home the cheesesteaks were so good. The ingredients were so fresh. My family and I felt like we were in Philly having cheesesteaks. We got pizza fries the owner recommended. Thanks Eric. The pizza fries with provolone were delicious. I definitely will buy them again. The cheese fries are really good too. If you want to have a nice warm sandwich Phillys Best is the place.

Stopped in for dinner and was greeted by Freddy. He was very professional and courteous and before I could even say my order he remembered my order that I usually come in and have. I think that is excellent customer service when the employees pay special attention to their customers and end up knowing what they are going to order. I was so totally impressed by that! We love phillies!
Food was amazing! I got the chicken hoagie and my daughter got the Philly cheesesteak. I will definitely be coming back. The staff was so nice and attentive. Place was clean and had good music playing in the backround! Definitely 5 stars!

I’m not sure what happened to this place, but today I ordered take out and was given a cheesesteak that was very obviously reheated and not made fresh. The fries also seemed as tho they had been double dipped in the fryer in an attempt to make them seem fresh out of the grease. I will waste 20 bucks elsewhere next time.

As a New Yorker, I'll admit, I've always loved cheesestakes sandwiches. And this place is right by my mother-in-law, so this past weekend, I finally gave them a try. And I'll tell you, I wasn't disappointed! Walked in, and right away, I liked the cool sports vibe. And the amazing customer service from all three of the employees on shift just made my first experience that much better. Major shout out to Micaa, Beshoy, and Cornelio!They made mine and my friends' orders correctly and delicious! Though they had a few customers in and out, they were very welcoming to them and continued to engage in fun and friendly conversation with us. We ordered a few different sandwiches and loaded fries. Everything was fresh and great tasting. I highly recommend them, and I know for sure, my family and I will continue to stop by. Especially with the NFL season here and NBA season right around the corner.
