“Haven't been to a hats in a few years the food is great the service is great, the only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I remember when i ordered a pastrami and beef sandwich, when you opened the wrapper you couldn't see the bread cause of how much meat and you had to take some meat off and you could basically make at least a half sandwich out of the excess meat, NOT ANYMORE guess their cutting back on cost..the taste is still the same thankfully.“

“I can barely find the words to describe how amazing our total experience was at Cheba Hut. The service was fantastic. The cashier and waitress were so helpful with the menu items and very nice and friendly. The subs we had were the best I have ever had. Fresh ingredients and toasted. “So Cal Subs is one of my favorite sandwiches places. I've been going here over a few years, and I've been many times. I usually get the So Cal (Turkey, bacon, avocado) sub, and sometimes get the Italian salad (salami, pepperoni, cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce or spinach) with Italian dressing. The food is consistently good, and the service is great. They do get busy on weekdays during lunchtime. Most of the time, I order online through their app, and I go pick it up. That does save some time. FYI, they don't open b Sundays, and they don't take cash. I've never eaten in the restaurant. However, when I pick up my food, I've noticed it's clean and busy. Everything is always fresh.“

Nabeeha was particularly proactive when I went over to the Baskin Robbin's side by offering samples to me before I committed to a purchase. I was really impressed and pleased. “My new favorite place! I was driving around Canyon Crest Town Center and thought this place seemed good. I was greeted my Jake (I think that's his name) and told him it was my first time and he took the time to walk me through the whole menu and provide recommendations! I got two sandwiches, one for me and one for my bf who wasn't there and they were awesome!! We had an Italian and Meatball sub and already want to go back and try something new! The customer service and tasty food made a one off trip into a definite return customer.“

Grew up on JR subs from when they were 1.99 Just a suggestion for phone orders, and not trying to be nasty or rude. if you're busy and a call order comes in, offer them the opportunity to hang up and call back when it's not as busy. Instead of tying the line up forever. Some people are in a time crunch, in traffic or passing your establishment on the freeway and can't make an online order. Wasn't able to make order today. “Have never had a bad experience with Jersey Mike's but Taia (I really hope thats how you spell it) absolutely KILLED IT! Made me aware they were out of cold sub bread, but when I inquired about the hot subs, immediately asked what they could make for me and they made it fairly quickly. Overall Taia served me with extremely amazing service. Not to mention how good the food was too!!!“

“First timer today, I picked up the pepperoni pizza meatball sub. It had all the flavor I expected for sure, seasonings and all. The bread was slightly crispy on the outside but super soft inside.
