I absolutely love this Burger King!! They have the best customer service ever! Everyone is so nice and friendly. And the food is great. Definitely
Food was good, bad service, didn't have coffee available so they said we don't have coffee and is only for the morning and it take a 6 minutes to brew some ?. I told the unfriendly old Lady that it was okay. I will get my coffee at the Macdonalds across street.

Im just impressed with Marissa. It seemed as though she was pulling the entire team by herself. It was a bad shift, lack of communication, 30 minute drive thru wait time. She was stressed OUT.

I stopped coming to this Burger King because the manager is extremely rude every single time and the food is no longer edible. Definitely needs new management and new staff.

The customer service was HORRIBLE! The order was taken and prepared twice incorrectly. The counter person, who was also a manager, was incredibly RUDE. I was stunned. While I like Burger King, I am not likely to visit the Kerman location again. And I live in kerman.
