This rating is for the employees only. Food is typical fast food. I go only 4 my 91 yr mother. She likes the cheap tacos. The young women I see working are busy and seem to never stop moving. Service is slow and they apologize. They could seriously use some help.

I went on a Friday night just before 10pm and it was closed. The hours of operation on the door said the restaurant was open till midnight and the drive thru was possibly 1am. I can't really recall the drive thru time but there was a cone blocking the drive thru and the door to the restaurant was closed.

If you want hot food, go thru drive thru, as I stood and watched my food sit while all the drive-thru got their orders.. get my burger and meat not even hot enough to melt the cheese and fries are warm but soggy/soft.

Hello today i purchased 2 #7 the bacon ultimate and after i got my meal i found that the burgers didn’t have no bacon on them and had to go back and get bacon plus both burger patties were extremely dry the fries also feel like they were re fried and not fresh. I was warned by my gf not to go here because people been saying the service has dropped drastically since it opened and today i found out that the service still isn’t good like before.

This location served us reheated meals that were not edible on one visit and the second visit we didn't get what we ordered. We wont give them a third chance. Fire the whole crew including the manager. They obviously cant get an order right. And giving someone reheated food is downright malicious. Included photos of the Worst food ever.

Like around 2:50 I ordered a boba milk tea, when they give it to me the boba was super hard, it literally tastes like plastic it wasn’t eatable, when I went to tell the worker they rudely said that they just heat the boba and they can’t do anything about
Used a $3 off coupon total came to $10 and change and they debited my bank account for $25.90. I had to spend time on the phone with my bank trying to straighten it out. The restaurant was nothing special and the food was disappointing. The best part of the meal was the soda. Sorry to say because I have always been a fan of Jack in the Box

Came through the drive through at 12 and ordered 2 tacos, came home and discovered this in them. Truly disgusting. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Service was awful aswell. I can’t believe it has been in business for this long I don’t see it being open for much longer.
