So upset ? they always forget to complete orders. I am so upset that I will never return, the gas and my time to return to pick up what they forgot to complete. Training your employees better so they stop making stp mistakes ?

This isn't really a critique on the staff or the food quality. Just the logistics of the store. If you get drive-thru, and they ask you to park in the front and wait, the drive-thru lane spits out into the street. A blocked one-way lane. So you have to drive down the block, flip a u-turn at a stoplight, and return to the parking lot to wait. The only way to go around that would be illegally driving against traffic for about 50 yards. Wildly inconvenient

Went in today walk in customer they had 3-4 staff on duty nobody acknowledged us or would come to the counter to take our order. After about 7/8 minutes we left.Horrible

Look at pictures ordered the special bucket, one of the thighs was RAW throw away raw, picture does'nt do it justice

I stopped by 2 hours before closing time and they were out of chicken breast. It was replaced with chicken tenders (but they were not tender) that were over cooked and dry.

Waited one hour for a #11 combo, some guy wanted to fight me for no reason , he thought I was looking at him , when I was simply waiting for my order and the employees did nothing . Not worth to go ever again . :/

I very rarely do reviews but this hit too hard because my 2 year old daughter ate raw chicken breast or it was diseased chicken breast. That was served from the Kerman KFC! We realized to late after she was eating it that it was bloody and had black and purple raw meat oozing out from the middle. We took it away from her but it was too late. as time went on she began to vomit threw up the food from eating it we got scared as it could be salmonella poisoning / food poisoning. We went to valley children hospital where she was monitored for dehydration and worsening symptoms. We might never goto KFC again! Always inspect your chicken or buy better quality chicken! This happen Sunday February 5th 2023 645pm-7ish pm time. Still upset my daughter has loss of appetite, stomach pain loss of sleep and nausea vomiting and diarrhea! Worst fast food quality experience ever! Where is the health department of California when you need them ! I have pictures
