I've been coming to this McDonald's for the last four years and service has only gotten worse.They've renovated the store a year ago, but, I think service has only gotten worse.They can't seem to get their orders straight. There's always something missing or different items in order.Sadly when you go in to rectify your order, you are made to feel that it was you that screwed up. Managers are the worst, because , they challenge you, even when you present them with the receipt to show ,that it was their mistake. Very seldomly will you get ab apology.Apparently some of them are too good for that. If it weren't for my kids I wouldn't go there at all .As for me I prefer to go to Burger King across the street . They tend to screw up less. Yes it appears to be an epidemic of "I don't give $hit" just about everywhere.

Went through the drive thru to buy my son a happy meal and I always double check for the sauce because the staff constantly forgets to put it in the box. When I asked if it was in there I got a blank stare. So since I didn’t get an answer, I opened the box and to my surprise they got the order right! I thanked the associate, and told her to have a good day, and again another blank stare as she shut the window. I paid $11.75 for a happy mean and an attitude. I won’t be spending my money here anymore Burger King in Kerman has nicer employees I’ll go there instead.

I went through the drive thru to order food and was told to park in the front so they could bring it out to me. After 40 minutes, my food had not been brought out to me and they closed the store and the drive thru. I went to the door with my receipt to try and show them that I had not received my food, but I was ignored. Afterwards I called the store and explained my situation. The person told me that he would not be able to give me my food because they did not have it and they could not refund me because they already closed the registers. I was told that they told multiple cars to go to the front and park and mine just got forgotten. This is poor service considering I waited over 40 minutes for an order I paid for, and never received it and could not be refunded.

Went to the drive thru and was told that they didn’t have any large cups they only had small cups for the same price which turned out to be a little McCafé water cup. They tried to sell me for $1.40 asked the manager if he could do something and said no it’s either we get the drink or not. This place is terrible wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Employees need more training on how to wait on people. Listening to the customer when placing an order goes a long way in getting orders correct. And customer services needs improvement when greeting customers. A smile, I will be with you in a minute, thank you for waiting is all it takes to make customers happy. I believe this all falls on management to make sure employees are doing this.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entrance doors to building, bathrooms and access to tables for wheelchairs.
