Came to grab something small and it was 10 mins till closing and I got ignored, no one came to the drive thru window. The girl was just sitting there at a table and couldn’t even acknowledge me. If your guys website says 12 AM then it should be 12 AM not 10 mins before

food is always mid for obvious reason it's cheap fastfood, but management was the worst, i understand when correcting an employee for common mistakes but it's different when it's right infront of customers talking very loudly to the employee trying to humiliate them in front of people, the manger Norma really needs some retaining and self refection on why theirs a 1 star review on the restaurant and employees quitting most of the time because i always see someone new at least every month.

An employee named Waldo didn't let me grab my food from the mobile pick up area that was already ready sitting on the counter. He stood between me and the bag and said no we're closing the lobby early (full 30 minutes before 9) and told me to go through the drive thru where there was 3 cars in line. He could have simply handed me the one bag that was right behind him, but because he had no decency he made me go through the drive thru. It made no sense and just made me irritated I asked him nicely, no need to be a . I should have just walked around him and grabbed it

I don't know how to give stars if you can't get in. Went there to eat today about 2:30 pm and the doors were locked. There were people inside eating. But no one would even let us know why. After we got in our car we saw several people bang on the door with no results.
