This place is disgusting. After finishing my drink I looked in my cup to find it full of ants ?. When I showed the store worker he told me to just grab a bottle cola. I highly recommend you not eat in this place.

Nice Indian guy saw us walk in and immediate got up, place was empty. Was very respectful and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Overall good experience, small portion sizes but that’s just Subway. Can’t beat that view either.

Well, I don't know why I keep craving Subway lately, but I'm sticking to my 3-star (maybe 2.5 stars) review status. Why? Mostly convenience. In a town that feels like it's dying (i.e. restaurants, banks, and retail shops shuttering their doors or holding odd hours) at least Subway is open and has online ordering available. I was craving a breakfast sandwich and I noticed that there was nowhere to get one at the odd hour of 11am. I remembered Subway exists, and ordered an egg & cheese wrap. What I received wasn't really a wrap... but it did contain all of my requests inside of a tortilla, so I guess maybe it would pass the Webster Dictionary definition. It wasn't great. But it wasn't "terrible".

Bad. Really bad. The soda machine was leaking water absolutely everywhere and was being collected in metal tubs. Which also were full of soggy napkins and soda syrup. Gross. The guy behind the counter didn't really seem to care at all. But I get that, low wage = low effort. For such an affluent area you would expect at least a normal subway but yikes.

Visited this place while visiting incline village. Inside atmosphere smelled bad with water pouring out of the soda refill station. Restrooms are horrible. Food is good though he messed the order.Vegetarian options: They have veggie options

Needs To be cleaned for the amount of foot traffic and remodeled. Only sandwich spot in that area.
Unfortunately the food is actually good, can’t lie about that, it’s the only reason I come back but the service and the wait time is CRAZY bad. I don’t recommend ordering online because they’ve never been on time, even when the restaurant is completely empty they still don’t start until you arrive so just ignore the estimated time the app gives you. It’ll usually be at least a half hour late or so. The employees are decent, and sorta nice sometimes but very very slow and lazy in general.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs but not exactly smooth flooring :/

I couldn't believe the subway there was no one in the place it was noon on it on today Thursday, August 3 and three people were in the back room chatting and I stood at the counter for a good 5 to 8 minutes and no one came out ridiculous I hope this place goes out of business and these three people lose their jobsI turned and walked out and went down to Safeway and bought approximately $50 worth of Subway for a submarine sandwiches so it was their loss to three idiots in the store

It’s the worst idea to stick a sticker on the glass, behind which there are sandwich products. I can’t see the products because of these stickers.
Our sandwiches were good. Service was slow because there was only 1 employee. He did his best. Lots of parking.
