Service was bad they did not fill up my sandwichs at all and were about to start putting random vegetables on my sandwichs and seem to get mad at me for asking for stuff I wish I could give the service zero stars the food is good but the service is

Sandwich is good but I came in today at 8:55 pm after my sons practice he wanted to enjoy his food there and asked if we can eat In the lobby since I notice they closed at 9:30 she said nooo loby closes at 9pm makes no sense when door says restaurant open till 9:30pm. Get it together with your employees.

Every time I walk in the service gets worse and worse. There were 2 young women on staff. One saw me enter and refused to serve me or acknowledge me as she left the front of the store. I was the only customer in the store. The second female said "We'll be with you in a bit." The second female didn't make eye contact, smile, or make an attempt to serve the only person in the store. I waited 2 minutes for the first female to reappear while complaining. She looked at me (giving me the impression that I was getting service). Psyche, she just.continued complaining. I gave up and walked out.

There's this horrible high pitched noise coming from something in the store. It was even louder when some guy came in to fix the lights.The noise hurts my ears so bad for real idk how some people can't hear it

Do not order online! Did not give me a confirmation #, so I assumed it did not go through, even check my email. Ordered again and got a confirmation #. When I went in to pick up, I had 2 orders! They would NOT refund the 1st order. Poor business practices!!!

Adriana is the absolute worst. She has charged me a different price for the same sandwich three days in a row. She says it’s company policy and everyone else is doing it wrong but her, even though she was the one who made my order. She claimed she wasn’t paying attention to what I ordered and therefore couldn’t tell me about any additional costs to my meal. I recommend finding a restaurant where the employees actually care about making your order correctly. I asked for a manager and was told to come back in a week. Absolutely bonkers for a business to run this way.

They gave me rotten cucumbers that tasted like chemicals. The bread they gave me was stale and usually i go to port of subs.
