This store is a model of how every fast-food restaurant should be. It's consistently clean. My orders are nearly always correct. The employees are nice/friendly/helpful. The drink machine is always working. The sauce area is filled regularly. Just in the 10 minutes I've been here, I've seen 3 employees cleaning/tidying. Good job.

I ordered a breakfast burrito online at 10:20 arrived at 10:36 my coffee was handed to me first then my bag drove back home only to find out they put a bean burrito and a complementary dollar quesadilla I know it wasn’t an accident second time it has happened to me at this location shift lead or manger doesn’t prep enough breakfast for the morning when I called back to complain she said breakfast is over(11:06) they could have communicated to me through the intercom that they had ran out of breakfast instead of giving me random items that I’m sure they had on the side made by mistake because they were not fresh and I would have been ok choosing a lunch item like I said this is not the first time .

First of all, bless this Taco Bell for being an unlikely alternative to the "GasDonald's" across the street, which was so bad i abandoned my mobile order (go ahead & keep the money) and came across this place. I "ordered mobilely" from the parking lot, and it felt like i was in the year 2112 when i went inside because i didn't see a single employee (or customer), it was virtually silent (besides Taco Bell Radio playing), and my food was all neatly enclosed sitting in its own little incubated pod. The food looked like a Taco Bell robot who was supposed to be programmed to use certain proportions got cranked up a notch or two because everything was perfectly stuffed. Kind of pleasant and serene, actually. I'm changing it to five stars, because after writing this review, i appreciate this place more. Robots, it is!

Ruby V is the best and most friendliest cashier I've ever meet. We share the same first name and always brings a smile and comfort to me when I hear her at the intercom or when I walk in to order. She deserves 10 stars! My family and friends absolutely enjoy her happiness and patience with everyone.

I usually stop at this location on my road trips and the staff is always friendly. Corina is one of the managers and she made my last visit very pleasant. She had great custoner service!

I visited Taco Bell tonight on 11/22/2023, I had a simple order chips and cheese, a deluxe box, and a chicken quesadilla. 10-15 minutes after receiving my order I realized I was missing the 5 layer that comes with the box. I returned to the store and the line was extremely long so my husband decided to get off and knock on the door as opposed to us having to wait in the long line. As staff was throwing out the trash he was greeted and he did let them know he was missing his 5 layer, they then said they would bring out the door. Then an employee comes to the door to give another customer an order that was made incorrectly and in the process told my husband that they would not be giving him a 5 layer because all items were counted correctly before the food was given to us when in fact they had missed the 5 layer, and told my husband to get back in the line to place another order for the 5 layer. So my husband comes back to the car let's me know what happened, and this time I get off the car with him there was a kind male employee outside on his break who then went inside to let the employees know we were outside waiting to speak with them about the order, someone does come to the door and when speaking to one employee another is extremely rude to my husband and tosses the bag into his arms as she proceeds to be rude. I then request a number to the district manager, the employee who may have been a shift lead then tells me to contact customer service, I let her know I did not want to speak with customer service I wanted to speak with her district manager. As I was once an employee at this Taco Bell I was appalled by the customer service that was being given. The employee who was being rude to my husband then proceeds to speak over the other employee telling us to cook at home and acting jumpy as if ready to come into a physical altercation with me and I am currently 20 weeks pregnant I did not appreciate the aggressive behavior of this employee, or the rudeness of all employees together. And there were at least four at the door. When I asked for a district manager number the second time an employee then closed the door and locked it on my face. This Taco Bell location customer service and food service has gone severely down hill and as a former employee of this location it is frustrating to see what was once a good store not so good at all. There was a male employee who was outside on his break during the altercation and once he saw his fellow employees shut the door and lock it he apologized and was extremely genuine. Sadly that was the only bit of good customer service that was given tonight. I really hope that upper management at this Taco Bell location cleans up this location and makes it a good corporate store again.

Why are they always out of Mountain Dew Baja Blast drink? Order more. I will go somewhere else from now on because that's my main reason for going there. Spending 30$ on fast food each time without my Baja blast. I will take my money elsewhere now. Poor management.
