Great sandwich with exceptional service. Unfortunately the employees were playing music with vulgar language and profanity within the lyrics therefore I didn't feel comfortable eating there with my young daughter.

We come to this location from La Crescenta because our local store is so bad. At the La Canada location our app orders are always correct, the bread is tasty/fresh and more often than not, our order is ready and waiting at the correct time. Very satisfied with this location making it worth the extra drive. For all the people giving this location poor reviews, visit the La Crescenta location a few times to pick up app orders which are 100% always wrong with dry/disintegrating bread and grumpy disinterested employees. It will make this location look like a shining star.

TODAY I CHOSE A MINI TURKEY PROVOLONE MIKE'S WAY WITH BACON.... THEY CHARGED ME $2.65 FOR ONE SLICE OF BACON!!! THAT IS STRAIGHT ROBBERY.... AND RIDICULOUSLY SAD!!! I MAY THINK TWICE ON ADDING BACON TO ANY OF MY MAYBE FUTURE SANDWICHES!!! AND THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE LOOK PRETTY MAD, NO SMILES ON THEIR FACES.... IF THEY DON'T LIKE THEIR JOB FIND ANOTHER!!

Came in and there wasn't anyone in line. It was super quick experience but fast enough for me to notice how unhappy the staff members are and how they really don't care about the place. Tables and floors were dirty and uncleared. It just felt like an off experience. Not the best, not the worst - just ok food and service.

This place is amazing! Super friendly staff and amazingly fresh bread, meats and toppings! Couldn't ask for a better sandwich shop in La Canada. Easy to order in person or online and eating outside is a plus! This location is the best!

I wish I never stepped foot in this spot. I was hungry and wanted to grab something fast before a meeting in the area. The employees here should all get fired. Bunch of dumb founded, arrogant and lazy kids. They have no clue on how to deal with customers ,and lack of making proper sandwiches. The rude boy that was taking my order took it all wrong, and then gave me attitude about it like it was my fault. The one star is for the mature tall young man that was the only who was willing to help.

I wish I could give it at least 2 stars, because I hate to leave a completely negative review, but the staff here is a bunch of lazy, entitled, wet-behind-the-ears kids, and not only do they give terrible service, they know it and refuse to do better! And it shows! (I was young once and working for minimum wage in restaurant & retail, and I managed to do right by the customers, who always used to ask for me - so it IS possible to get it right.) It's never busy when I go, and now I can guess why. I give it 1 star for cleanliness (although that's mostly from the lack of customers). I eat at JMs all over the county (even in OC when I'm down there), and always get great service. I also love the sandwiches. But if I have to tell the staff what a "Jersey dip" is, then there's a fundamental problem with the staff's attitude. They're not helpful or even apologetic about their ignorance or arrogance; they seem to want you to know that they think the job is beneath them and that YOU, the paying customer, are an intrusion, not a priority! (By contrast, I've been to one in West LA near my office plenty of times - it's always busy for lunch, the workers are a bit older, and the service is awesome.) I actually gave this place a 2nd chance. There won't be a 3rd.

This place deserves 0 stars. The WORST location, most careless staff, and overall just terrible. This location continues to disappoint over and over again. I feel depressed every time I go in there just from the looks on the staffs faces. Not a single smile, not a hello, nothing. I've had many bad experiences with this place and I always tell myself to give them another chance, but this time takes the cake. I put in an online order for a club sub, Mike's way - and THIS is what I got. Are you kidding me? I'll be very happy once this location closes down, it's only a matter of time.
