Ara was amazing at what she does!!! Her pizzas were for sure to compare with Italian pizzas. The staff was also really nice!!!

The La Canada location is horrible. I've been a fan of Blaze pizza for years. Its been my quick go to place for which Ive visited many different locations. I ordered a pizza online for pick up this evening. My pizza tasted aweful! It barely had cheese on it and the crust was nasty. Not sure what they're doing over there however, this is the second time that Ive gotten pizza from this location and its not it! Its such a bummer because I'm new to the neighborhood & was excited when I found the this location. Very disappointing.

Zero if possible. I came to eat here tonight. My sister has a gluten allergy and asked for the manager to make her a GF pizza. The first gentleman employee who came to help us had his food preparation gloves on and was touching the broom that had fallen on the floor and then touched the pizza paper. When the manager came, we had to ask her to throw away that paper the man had previously touched and contaminated. We always ask the manager to make the GF due to our comfort with thinking they have the most training. Usually, they are willing and helpful. The manager tonight, who didn't wear a name tag, none of the employees did, wanted another girl to make the pizza. She said wanted to tell the girl how to do it even though the manager said the employee knew how. My sister said if she had to re-tell the employee how to make the pizza, she wasn't comfortable with it and asked the manager to make the pizza. Considering that the pizza was to be made due to allergy and not preference (the manager knew this since she asked), we asked again for her to make it. She still would not and insisted the employee should. She was extremely rude and dismissive. At this point we were so uncomfortable even eating at this location that we left. This is a horrible way to run a business and employees and managers need better training. What a poor representation of Blaze and they should be ashamed. Considering there are multiple reviews recently to the same effect, I don't think the company even cares to make your experience change.

Food was delicious as always and so was the ambiance. The staff were a bit on the rude side unfortunately, I asked about the gluten free crust and was quickly given a laminated training booklet and was told to read it. Other than that my daughter and I enjoyed our dinner together.

I tried to order delivery and two out of the three pizzas I ordered arrived. I really didn’t want to make a seen but I was charged for three and wasn’t getting a refund. I was on hold for 20 minutes without speaking to a real person. When I was finally connected the person on the phone was careless and continued to hang up on me, after my fourth time reconnecting with them they said I would get a refund but they hung up before the could get my info how was I going to get my money back. Although a little ticked I tried to brush it off. The next day I tried to order again but this time for pick up. On one of my pizzas I asked for ranch drizzle, I got home and opened the box just to see barbecue sauce drizzled on in puddles. Not to mention while I was waiting to pick them up the staff seemed rude and uninterested. I double checked the box in case I was wrong but the box said ranch drizzle. I hate causing a scene but is it really to much to ask that they follow what’s written on the order? Overall I won’t be coming back here and until whatever is going on is fixed.

If you ever want to try cauliflower crust , blaze pizza is the best way to go. Love how crunchy and yummy it is. However im not a big fan of their other pizzas . The dough is good but the toppings and the sauce is kind of watery. But their pizzas are light and not salty compared to other places.

employees are so bad here i had to come on and leave my first yelp review. have never really been bothered by lackluster customer service from a fast food business but out of about 10 employees being here and interacting with about 5 of them, can tell they are all careless and the most incompetent group i've seen. walked in at 8:30, two employees didnt care to say hello when i was standing right in front of them for about 2 minutes or even bother to tell me that they'll be right with me. it wasn't even busy. one customer in front of me at the register paying. didn't know wtf they were doing at the pos while they were trying to figure out if there was a till or whatever, didn't say anything to me while i stood there awkwardly some more for another 2 minutes. i asked for some condiment packets at the end politely when i received my order and the joan jett looking girl who i thought would be the only decent one to atleast be nice enough to say something along the lines of "sure" or "ok" or "no problem," (the absolute bare minumum of customer service) was just as terrible as any of the other employees. don't know who tf is hiring these kids, but damn, what awful attitudes they all have.

I love pizza, especially when I can make my own, it is priceless. This time I got mega mushroom and it was ok, the mushrooms are not cooked properly, they are basically raw and not much flavor. Recommend to add extra sauce for flavor. They work pretty fast and serve well . Can't give 5 stars it is not the perfect perfect place, but deserves 3stars
Drink fridge smells like mildew and mold. Seats are torn in dining area. Music is too loud to hear workers behind counter. Food is decent. Service is good.

I'm usually pretty satisfied with Blaze and love their plant-based options. However this most recent order was disappointing. We got 4 pizzas in total and ordered online for pick up. The pizzas were only halfway cut, mislabeled, and were missing/had extra toppings that we didn't want. We were missing our ranch dressing as well. At least we used the BOGO summer coupon.

Pizza is pretty bad here. The pizza dough was the worst thing. It is not flaky like I saw in a review. It's tough to chew like a tortilla that's been in the fridge a long time. Also they're somewhat stingy on their toppings and the sauce. Especially considering I ordered a lot less than 9 toppings, which is the max. There's barely any sauce on the pizza. The only thing I can say positive about the pizza is the toppings are fresh. I had Shakey's thin crust In Burbank a few months ago, and it's way better than Blaze.
