I really don't know why I came back to this location. The drive-thru line is always ridiculously slow. I've been waiting 15 minutes now, and still haven't been able to order. I can't leave because there are unfortunate people behind me. I will never come back here again. Pathetic.

I've been to this location multiple times due to the close proximity to my house. EVERYTIME WITHOUT FAIL THEY SCREW UP MY ORDER. I double triple check my order because I know they are bound to screw up. I work in customer service myself and I understand how hard it is to deal with customers all day but, the staff that works here are some of the most slow people who don't care about anything. They all have an attitude especially through the drive thru. Just today I had to repeat my order three times just for them to forget to give me one of my meals and then asked at the window what my order was again. Once I got to the window there were two girls talking to eachother clearly taking their time and then seeming annoyed when I got there. No wonder I had to repeat my order so many times because she was distracted

I'm not a big fan of El Pollo Loco if I'm being honest, but I was around the area and ended up here. I'm genuinely surprised and glad I did. The chicken was actually really well cooked and juicy and the sides were pretty decent in size. Staff service was kind and they gave my order quickly. Can't complain.

Restaurant is very clean and neat. Maybe the food seems to taste better because of the customer service that was provided compared to other locations I've been to... Staff is the best I have ever experienced at ANY fast food establishment, especially Leo. Felt like I knew the guy for much longer than just those 15 minutes.

I had a good experience when I went to El Pollo Loco La Canada. The restaurant was very clean Manager and staff very nice, helpful, service was great. My food was good and hit the spot. I will return to this location.

I found my new pollo loco spot! Stopped for the first time at this location on my way home and I have to say have never been treated as nicely as I was at this location. Great chicken and even better customer service. Not stingy at all with the green salsa which I'm addicted to!! Will definitely be making more stops here on the way home!

I've never been to this location but after coming here I will definitely be coming back. The customer service was on point, restrooms were clean, and most importantly the chicken wasn't dry. I just wish my local pollo loco had the same standards as this location. Overall will definitely be coming back.5/5

Had a wonderful experience today! Service was great and food didnt suck! I really love El Pollo Loco but have had a few bad experience at the Glendale location... glad i tried this one. Not as close but worth the drive for me when craving. Also it was clean! Will be back!

I'm giving this store a five star review because of their incredible service! Their manager Leo truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience. I even saw him hop on the line to support his team when it got really busy. The service was quick, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean. Definitely my new go to!
This place used to suck but I just went yesterday and I saw a noticeable jump in quality and freshness. It's like el pollo loco tastes good again and service was actually hospitable instead of dismal. Things do change =]

This is the first time I appreciated El Pollo Loco. My wife and I came to this branch to get our typical orders. We were welcomed by an exceptional guy, Leo the manager. Very friendly, polite, and courteous. He made us feel at home. The food was great and the service was excellent. No doubt we'll be coming back!

This is one of the best El Pollo locations I've been to. Place was clean and organized. Chicken was cooked perfectly and service was exceptional. We met Leo, the manager, he was very accommodating and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I waited 35 minutes for a shrimp salad, I repeated only shrimp 3 times and they gave me a chicken salad with shrimp and they gave it to me without dressing. Terrible

I went into this location indecisive of what to get. But the staff was patient and walked me through all their options. They were so kind and make my day! The food recommendation was amazing too! I’m definitely coming back here regularly!
