I like the food here, but the attitude of the main guy behind the counter? I don’t understand- Bruh…you are running a restaurant, and while food is important there is a reason why every food review platform in the universe has a rating category entitled service. If you can’t be the least bit courteous than take park your grumpy self in the back where customers don’t have to worry about offending you by placing an order and providing you with their credit card.

A great place for contemporary southern style chicken, sides and desserts! Rotating selection of side dishes some of which are vegetarian. I had the chicken sandwich (amazing!) and a side of chipotle macaroni salad which was also incredible. The desserts like the banana pudding pie are also a sure thing and all portions are generous.
Details are as follows...Follow the flock to Honeybird. We enjoyed all the items in our first visit here. Honeybird breast..crunchy exterior and moist delicious interior. Coleslaw delicious and crunchy. Biscuits served warm and tastefully seasoned, perfectly baked.The neatly outfitted persons at the counter are polite, know their fare and keep this place spotless.
Honestly, this place is just OK. There are great fried chicken places everywhere, and Honeybird just doesn't stand out. The concept has just been done over and over, but other places are better at it. Nothing stood out. The mashed potatoes were rather bland, and the chicken was nothing special. I do have to say that the food seems to be good quality. Something about it tastes healthier and cleaner. Like the mashed potatoes had a lot of garlic but not much salt, and the chicken didn't make me feel like I had to pre-check into an ER. Also the service is like McDonalds - you basically do everything yourself, which is fine, but asking for tips starting at 15% seemed like a lot. I'll know that for if I ever go back. Their desserts sound delicious though - maybe I will swing by again to try those.

The chicken is crispy & they got healthy sides but their key lime pie !O EM GEE! So so good I even told their employees on various occasions to never take it off the menu but I recently was informed that it’s a seasonal thing which makes me very sad but when they put the pie back on I’ll be there every other day for that pie!

Delicious lunch spot! The Firebird Sandwich & Brussels sprouts were especially tasty. Restaurant has a clean & stylish interior. Can't wait to return and try some of their desserts!
Love they chicken ? like love it love it love it!!!! Hot juicy taste so good never disappointed every time we go there. Mostly we take it home. About 6-10 minutes food still warm when we got home. Mac and cheese ? is so creamy my son love it ?

Update; we’ve been going for six years and it’s still just as good. My fiancé and I had been craving fried chicken for months. We had seen Honeybird on google maps and decided to give it a try. It was absolutely delicious. The chicken is not greasy and it has the perfect flavor. Everything that they combined in the sandwich made the flavor pop and the spicy honey sauce is Amazing. We will be back for more and to try their pie. Also, the prices are more than reasonable.

Really tasty chicken sandwiches with top notch service. Sandwiches are topped with slaw, a few spicy peppers, and a really awesome sweet brown mustard. My family and I love this place for lunch.Parking: Three or so curb spots out front. Free parking lot in the back.

Cool spot easy menu chicken sandwich was on point even just a plain breast is super juicy but a little honey and hot sauce and wow, the original chicken sandwich was great with the mustard and slaw and those little peppers were perfect just wish they had more pickles, now last the biscuits are amazing and a must try.

This place was delicious and an awesome experience from start to finish. The staff were very kinda and patient while I viewed their menu to order. Ordered a chicken breast, 6 loaded biscuits, and a chicken sandwhich. Everything was great! I would definitely come back here again if in the area and I highly recommend thet your try it yourself if you're considering it.

Terrific fish burgers and fried chicken. It can be a bit salty, but so juicy. All their sides are also delicious. Our group ordered fried chicken , Phil Lee o'fish burger, shrimp polenta, garlic mashed potatoes, biscuits, broccoli salad, cabbage colesaw, iced tea, and hot tea. They didn't have any coffee even though it was on the menu.
