Disclaimer, this review is only for pizza. The works pizza is a great combination pizza with a fresh crust and generous, fresh toppings. The Sicilian is another of our favorites. I have to go back to try some other items like the chicken parm plate, but if the pizza is a sign of the food quality and taste, then I'm looking forward to it.

I’ve been coming to Important since 07’ and I have NEVER EVER had an experience like I just had this evening..Sunday March 23rd around 5pm my family and I arrived excited to get out IMPORTS craving, my. In-laws were undecided so they took a few minutes to decide what they wanted but I knew what I wanted so decided to go ahead and order. I greeted her first saying Hi, how are you?” She replied with a smile looking irritated I was speaking to her so i asked if “is it was okay for us to order?” She only replied “yea.” As I start to order after LITERALLY every menu item I would like she would say “what else.” After I would say thank you she continued to not in-gauge.While waiting they got busier and it was hard to see the counter for ready orders. After 45 mins I get up to ask if our order is close I see a bag on the counter with the receipt of my exact order and I asked the same girl with glasses “Has my order been called already?” She only said yea. I didn’t hear my order be shouted out at all by this point, I’m frustrated since I obviously offended her in order for her to be giving me attitude. I grabbed my back and went back to the table and our hot food wings and pasta were lukewarm. I felt like we were an inconvenience to her and she was trying to be rude on purpose.
Ordered a pizza for delivery in La Crescenta. Requested a 6:30 delivery. By 7:30 the pizza was not yet delivered. Called the store. he said it was on the way. Finally arrived around 8:00. I hate to trash the place because they have a good product. Don't get the delivery problem. Had to write.

I came Tuesday around 6pm and was happy with my experience. The girl at the register encouraged me to try a sandwich instead of my regular go to; being two slices of pepperoni pizza. I tried the chicken pesto and was surprised and now I feel encouraged to continue to try new things from their menu. Apart she was patient and had a welcoming smile nice to see a female working here aside from the regular male staff they have

I've been craving meatballs and was curious about their pizza by the slice. Both were very good and I would again visit to try their subs or when the meatball craving hits. The pizza by the slice is NY-style and they told me that most people order plain cheese or a pepperoni pizza. You can't go wrong with ordering meatballs at a Italian pizza/sandwich spot or deli. I've never had a bad meatball at an Italian deli. If you're adventuring in the area like hiking Cherry Canyon or heading to the mountains, I would recommend this spot if you want to support a local establishment rather than a chain restaurant.

One of the oldest Mom's and Pops in LA Canada Area. It is one of the most original Italian pizza and Sandwich joint. Pretty much everything on their menu is delicious. One of my favorite is the chicken fajita sandwich.Parking: It's a tight parking lot, but you can find parking on the street.
This was a go to spot in high school. I think they've changed owners a few times because the food has definitely changed. The pizza isn't as fresh and crispy as I remember it. Their sandwiches used to have that flaky bread but now it seems like they are not toasted or the bread isn't the same. Pasta is still good. Overall the food is still good, just not the same...but things change as do my taste buds
Never ordering there again. Delivery more than an hour late. Called in and the owner replied angrily that he doesn’t know where it is and he wouldn’t call his delivery people to check (!!) Asked for a refund and instead of apologizing he said just send it back.

Love their pizza but have been waiting one hour and 10 minutes. Ordered on line. Said it was ready per tracking. Already paid or I would drive away

Ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup. Both the Italian and pastrami were good but not really amazing. Price to value I would certainly give them another try but not something I'd be sad to miss. It's a hole in the wall type place, not too much seating and don't expect much in way of service. They're fast and affordable.

Really good catering options . My guests loved everything we got. The manager helped me portion out everything so I didn't over order as I typically do and we still had food left over. Great food, reasonable pricing and friendly staff. Two thumbs up.
