Great food. Great service. Authentic! I love their pad Thai, their noodle dishes and the curry. So delicious!

I've been coming to Min's since I was little and I love it every time. I especially love the House Spicy Noodles, the Chicken Larb, and the Tom Yum Soup.

Food is yummy and there is a steady dream if people picking up dinner every time we're there. Dining room is usually sparsely occupied. My kids love the food and the dining room is kid friendly. We are regulars!!

When we walked we got off to a rough start when it took a little while to be seated. There are signs that ask patrons to be patient, which sets up your expectations. The ladies working there are so cute and very welcoming. They hustled and were kind and polite. We ordered Pad Si Ewe and Satay and both were flavorful and delicious. We also ordered mango with sticky rice, which came with a huge portion. I have no words on how good the food was! Great place would go again.

So disappointed. I love Thai food but this restaurant has been a disappointment the last two visits. I know what good Thai food tastes like and their dishes lack flavor and quality ingredients. The texture of the noodles are mushy, and if you order with a protein like pork, it's non-existent. Portions are small for the price they charge. Also my pet peeve is the condiment caddy (the extra chili and peppers). They need to replenish the containers and provide fresh product to a table. But instead it felt and looked like yesterday's leftovers, half empty. It's just not a good look and makes you wonder about quality control. Hot tea ( tea bag and water) was 4 bucks. No one asks if you need a refill or even if anything more is needed. They forgot to bring the rice with the entree and then proceeded to overcharge for a measley portion. Overall the service was sub standard, overpriced and lacked quality. I'm sorry because I know this is a favorite amongst the residents in La Cañada but I won't settle. Will go elsewhere next time.

Excellent Pad Thai to go with tofu. Very sweet hostess. Looking forward to dining in at the restaurant.

The best Panang Beef I've had in the LA area! An acquaintance, Dennis Prager, shared that he thinks Mins is the best Thai food he's had outside of Thailand. I love what I've had there! Min has told me that it's the cut of beef they use in the Panang. After having Thai at a Portland food truck (haha; I know), I had to come back and give Min's 5 stars! They set the standard!

We absolutely love this food. My go-to is like the pad-see-yew style, and the mild spice here is great. My wife gets the spicier stuff, and she loves it, too. A regular spot of ours when we are near that area or Descanso.

If you're in search of not just a meal but a heartwarming experience, look no further than Min's Thai Food in La Cañada. This gem of a restaurant isn't just about outstanding food; it's a celebration of family warmth, run by some of the kindest people on the planet. The moment you step into Min's Thai Food, you're enveloped in a warmth that goes beyond the usual dining experience. It's a family atmosphere, where every guest is treated like a cherished friend. The owners and staff have mastered the art of making you feel not just welcome but genuinely cared for, creating a dining environment that is as comforting as it is delightful. And let's talk about the food! Min's Thai Food takes the art of Thai cuisine to new heights. The menu is a symphony of flavors, and every dish is crafted with precision and love. A special shout-out to the Beef with Oyster Sauce and brocolli. The beef is tender, and the oyster sauce adds a depth of flavor that is simply unforgettable. Another standout is the Pad Thai. What sets Min's Thai Food apart is not just the exceptional dishes but the warmth and dedication that go into every aspect of the dining experience. The owners have poured their hearts into creating a space where food isn't just sustenance; it's a celebration of culture, family, and the joy of sharing a delicious meal.

We love Min's. The owner & staff are so kind and welcoming. Sometimes we dine in, sometimes we take out. Always a good experience. The food is not super remarkable, but it's good and we always enjoy it. We have our favorite dishes here but also try new things almost every time we order. This time we tried the garlic beef (Pad Kra-tiem) and it was delicious.

Very close to Descano Gardens so we stopped by afterwards. Parking is in the back to make it easy and it was empty when we walked in. Friendly greeting when we came in so we took a table by the window. Service was friendly throughout dinner but it got busy pretty quickly. Families with kids and couples who were regulars made their way in. The flavors were not very quite what we expected since we were expecting more intensity. We ordered fish with curry sauce and asked how was fish cooked, which was fried but we were not expecting fillets. We also got the tom yum soup and it was hot but not as flavorful as we wanted. We each also ordered tea and they were tea bags served with hot water so didn't stay hot.

My partner and I wanted to try some Thai food as we are new to the area and it’s one of our favorites. The reviews seemed okay so we went to check it out. We ordered multiple veggie appetizers all of them lacked flavor. They Also charged us each $3 each for a side of rice…was not mentioned when we ordered our curries, she just said “what kind of rice do you want?”. The only food item I enjoyed was my curry. Make sure to double check when you review your bill, the prices were a bit higher on our bill than on the menu. The servers were friendly but we Probably won’t be back sadly.

Wonderful, polite, and friendly people, excellent food, cute dining room. The yellow curry is deliciously sweet and rich. Satay pork was crispy and juicy and went so well with the freshly-made peanut sauce. Love it! ❤️Parking: Free, convenient parking behind the restaurant.
