This store was operated by Steven and from 2018 to 2021 he brought the quality of the store to exquisitely excellent. Since February 2021 I have tried to order the new owner or manager is unable to honor an advertised promotion and price and since March 2021 their telephone does not work. Customer Service is unable to comprehensively resolve simplest request of Pizza Order. Trying Pasadena Store 11 Miles Away Let See How is That One.

First time ordering Papa John's and the pizza was good! Sauce, cheese, and crust was a solid 10 overall. Not greasy either. We ordered the cheese and on a Sunday it was not busy, good 10-minute parking right in front. Ordered online and pickup was less than a minute.

This place knows how to take care of their customers. Consistently with a very welcoming demeanor. The food is fairly priced, constantly yummy and neat.
Took almost 2 hours for delivery and when they came, the driver pounded on my door very loudly and aggressively and when he left yelled "happy new year... $2 f****** dollars" (tip was actually more but deserved zero). When I called the store manager couldn't come to the phone. Don't go here... horrible service.

Man, all of the other reviews are wayyy too critical. Most likely written by stuck up mf's who were raised by Karens. I mean for fucks sake it's a pizza joint not a fine dining restaurant what do you expect? That being said, the food and customer service here is phenomenal for the price. They once forgot to give me sauce (I ordered an extra), so they gave me five. It's a lot cheaper than the surrounding pizza places like Round Table (I drop at least $50 here. $90 if I'm eating with others), Imports (actually really cheap, but not satisfying), Dominos (used to be a fan till I started ordering from here), and Hello Pizza, and in my opinion, you get "the most bang for your buck" here. Been ordering here for two and a half years now, and I've never been disappointed once. I will say the papadillas are lowkey wack, but it's a pizza joint not a damn sandwich restaurant. Order pizza you dumbass.

Only giving this place 1-star because I have too. But let me start first by saying, my problem isn't with the staff, delivery service, or chicken poppers as they were all great and didn't disappoint. I ordered the new shaqaroni pizza and let me say I would've been better off with a two week old little cesars pizza. The pepperoni and cheese were only part semi cooked, while the dough was raw and not thoroughly baked. Was only able to take a couple of bites from different slices before I hit the raw dough. My other pizza was Pepperoncinis with tomatoes and that was only more mildly cooked. Both pizzas got me extremely sick and made for a horrible night. I recommend you order from any other food establishment in the foothill communities.

Honestly this is the best Papa Johns hands down. Compared to the Dominos and Pizza Hut. The cost and quality of the food wins everytime hands downThe service of Carry Out is amazing. Every team member is super friendly and polite while being very punctual and professional with the orders. The quality of the work shows here.Now my biggest complaint which is debatably better for the store is that this place closes pretty early which means I can't order anything after my shift but the quality and service is top notch compared to other Papa Johns so as long that stay up I'll be content. Please get more business and stop being so underrated locally here so that I never have to go back to any other pizza place.
