There are only 3 Pho restaurants in Montrose. I tried the other 2 already and was highly disappointed. Pho Season is the best out of the 3. The soup is good, esp. compared to the other 2, but the meat was subpar. The rare steak was good, but in tiny pieces, and not many pieces. The flank was OK. The tendon was overcooked; they were like Jell-O. The tripe and brisket were tough, I ate 1 piece of each and left the rest. But in Montrose, I suppose they are the best Pho. Not too many Pho places around here so I consider this place a gem. I came in for a late lunch and had the Pho with brisket and a couple of egg rolls. Delicious. They probably deserve that last star but the kid running the register seemed so tired. He is doing something I don't know while I sit digesting awaiting the check.

I stop here occasionally. Located in a small strip mall next to the Starbucks. Majority of the time there’s enough parking, but it can fill up. They have a few small tables for outdoor seating, but most of the tables are inside. The servers are nice, but quite often have to ask for things more than once when they are busy.
