This is by far the best subway I have been to.I come here at least 3 times a week to get my kid's lunches. The staff are always so pleasant and the store is always clean. I will only go to this location even though there is one closer to my house.

Not sure how this place stays in business. In the last couple of months I’ve experienced some truly terrible service. On multiple occasions, I’ve had an employee be CONSTANTLY on the phone while helping customers and prepping the sandwiches. I had to interrupt her conversation to tell her what I wanted on my damn sandwich. Another employee’s attitude is just absolutely loathsome. She seems to be bothered by just having to work plus a sprinkling of racism. She tells another customer that they won’t get any additional staffing because the owner is Indian; holy hell. This place needs new management asap. I will gladly drive the additional 5-10 mins to go to another location from now on.

That tuna sandwich was so nasty that I threw it away. There was such a small amount of tuna, that I could not even taste it. It just tasted like soggy veggies and mayo. I didn't even taste oil, Vinegar, or salt and pepper. I don't know what happened. The chips would go though, that is a win.

Waited 10 minutes and no one was there to help. Employee was sitting on tiktok on phone and no one was behind the counter. Left after waiting before anyone showed up to help. Awful customer service, will be not returning.

Employee Issac Vicente is the best!!!Will recommend I always had bad visits with other subways but Issac gave the best attitude and gave the best care toward my subway sandwich!!Five stars

The lady working was completely rude and disrespectful. Kept rushing the hell out of us, to the point she made us pay before even done with it. On top of that, we wouldn't even be done ordering and would interrupte saying "and then" "and then" " and then" with an irritated tone. We would have to correct her so many times because she's not letting us finish speaking or paying attention to what we are even saying. I understand you get busy but we were the only customers at the time and was being patient.

I was cursed at by an employee when ordering my sand which I'll be calling their boss about this but I highly do not recommend an area that has an unsafe environment because if the employees. Any employee that can't handle their temper should not be able to work there. This happened at 2:00pm December 7th.

Literally the worst subway customer service I've ever experience. My kid went into purchase a tuna sandwich and the guy at the counter today (5/26 at 8am) stupidly gave away my kid's subway to another person, and refused to give my kid his subway! My kid explained to the subway staff that he doesn't know the person he gave the sandwich to but he still refused and called it "fraud" and told him to get out. like WTF for a $10 subway? My kid is obsessed with tuna subway and probably spends more than he should at subway so he was extremely disappointed. I called the store to speak with a manager and was hung up several times and they eventually disconnect their line for a while. This location has lost a customer forever - whoever the guy at the counter is (he refused to give his name to my son) needs to fired immediately.

Came in here today which I do often as I love Subway. Ilene (I'm sure I spelled it wrong) helped me. She is absolutely amazing. She was very nice and prepared my food exactly how I like it. She was super patient as well. This is now my favorite Subway because of her. Not to mention the amazing food. Keep up the good work with hiring folks like her.
