Grilled cheese burrito cravings box hit the spot. Got it quick too. The atmosphere was meh cause it was a drive through after all and this particular drive through is really bad. Super narrow and snakes back and forth.

You have to order from a kiosk and the staff won’t help you with an order. I tried to pay cash and it was a problem. It look me over 15 mins to get food once I ordered. The new system is slow and impersonal.

Super lazy workers with huge attitude. Was waiting forever to order even tho no one was in the store or in line and finally the Large lady in the back made sure to tell me she was on her break but she’ll take my order anyways. Never coming back again. Rude people who suck at their job.

Kudos to Carmen, who is always very friendly and goes above and beyond to help customers. We had a few instances where she helped us either fix a mistake her co-workers did or expedite our order as it was stuck in the system.She is always a friendly face I look forward to see.

Inside they prefer that customers use the wall screens to place orders.. the only negative for me is I was paying cash. After waiting in line to place my order on the screen I have to go wait again at the cashier to pay for my order.. I noticed the ppl that placed orders after me and paid with CC/debit card they got their food before me.. not convenient for cash users but other than that food was good like always

For some reason this specific taco bell puts little or no meat on their food items. They’ve been doing it for 2-3 years. No longer wasting my time or money purchasing $4 tacos with 1 oz. of meat. At least Del Taco gives you a fair portion.
