Horrible customer service. My food was burnt. I called in to get it redone. I was on hold for over 12 min on one call. Called with a separate phone and was put on hold for another 18 minutes. Went in store was not treated well and they gave us burnt food yet again. The second time was worse then the first. Do not go here. Food was bad and customer experience was even worse.

Domino's is open late. It's emergency pizza for our household when the craving hits and we cannot get to our favorite pizza place. The pizza here is CHEAP and are made at lighting speed; I made a call and 10 minutes later it was ready! My break down:Deluxe Pizza: Very good. Well balanced taste and they use real mushrooms... You can't taste the mediocre tomato paste sauce. Sausage Mushroom: Not bad. Needs extra cheese! The mediocre sauce taste comes thru. Plain Cheese: Absolutely terrible! It's the MEDIOCRE sauce is straight up tomato paste and sugar... avoid the cheese pizza get toppings to hide the sauce taste!

Today, I ordered 5 pizzas early in the morning for our preschool Christmas party. I made a time 30 mins before the kids eat to give us some wiggle room. When it was 11:20 I checked on the status of our pizzas and it was still in quality check for 40 mins!!. I called to check on them and I called 4 times with 7 to 8 mins without anyone picking up. Only once to pick up and hang up the phone. There were 30 kids waiting on their lunch. I had to leave to go down there to see if I could just take them so we could feed the kids only for them to tell me that the driver just left. Our pizzas arrived cold. The girl behind the counter was very unaccommodating and kept walking away from me when I was asking her questions. Our pizzas were an hour late. It was incredibly frustrating. Worst experience.

This Domino's Pizza place is horrible "SCAM". They charged my credit card, then canceled the order and NEVER refund my money. I placed an order last week Sunday night over the phone and they charged my credit card right away. They called me after 15 minutes and canceled the order because of broken oven (?). I asked them to refund my money back, the person said call tomorrow and ask my manager. I called the next day and asked the person for refund. He said, call customer service. I called customer service being on hold for 40 minutes, the rep told me that store is franchised and you have to call them back and talk to manager. I called them back and said whatever customer service rep had told me. The guy got my contact info and said his manager will call me. I never received any call from them. Yesterday, after about a week I called the store again and asked why the manager didn't call me, the guy started to be rude and disrespectful, and was talking over me. I asked his name but he hung up on me. When I called them back they never answered my phone anymore. Better to starve than order food from this store with rude and unprofessional employees.

This Dominos wins the award for the worst customer service on the planet. The phones are rarely answered during busy time, waits are always outside the usual time promised and their employees are severely undertrained. The management is very argumentative and also completely untrained, it’s a shock this place stays in business. If I have to starve I will in order to not deal with these people anymore. The only caveat to this is the drivers who have always been polite and appreciative of their tips, the rest of the staff is horrendous.

Great handmade pan pizzas but they totally lied about my refund. I accidentally ordered sauces that I thought were complimentary online and when I mentioned it to the cashier at pick up she said no worries, the $4 credit will be tied to my phone number. The next time I ordered, I did not receive said credit. They owe me $4!Parking lot is insanely small and stressful to park in. Better to park down the street and walk over if you're not doing curbside pickup.

I ordered online pick up and it wasn't ready and had to wait 30 minutes and was missing drinks and ranch pizza was undercooked to add to it it killed my lunch snd i was late to work dominos isnt was they used to be
