Very disappointed with the service from our waitress which is a seasoned waitress. The "refill" portions were very small and instead of the waitress asking me if I wanted to put in for a refill, I had to ask and was met with a less than satisfactory look from her, body language did not help. I heard and saw another waitress asking her customers with a enthusiasm and a smile.

Great deals during happy hour on drinks. Food is decent and decently priced. I always sit in the bar area and the bartenders and waitresses are amazing.Dietary restrictions: A decent amount of gluten sensitive options (possibility of cross-contamination). None of the happy hour appetizers are gluten free.

30 minutes for Melissa our waitress to ignore me. Robert the manager is a reasonable person though.
We were there for lunch and they allowed two drunk women talk and act disrespectful. They also served them alcohol when they came in atoixicated.

She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, making our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Applebee's and request to be served by Melissa!
