NOT happy at all with the owner. Very unprofessional and shows no sympathy. My first red flag on why I never should of booked was that he was an an hour late when I first requested to view the hall. I ended up booking for my wedding date but unfortunately, I have become extremely ill during my current pregnancy and had to cancel my wedding. I am on disability and can't even work . I asked if I could changes dates for another event, and he did not want to. Total for 6 hours was $15,000 and my deposit was $5,000. I feel taken advantage of and regret ever doing business here!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE SERVICE EVER! they were completely rude! Did not do their jobs at all! The lady in charge was completely unprofessional!! she ended the event early as well and treated guest and the musicians with no respect! She sat on a chair for a good majority of the night while one of her employees gave her a massage! The coordinators as well did not help at all, didn't do their jobs, two family's members of mine literally had to step up and replace the coordinators!! Yes the venue is very beautiful but for the price your paying definitely the service doesn't meet up to that criteria, definitely don't recommend this venue for any sort of event!

Just hosted my daughter's sweet 16 here yesterday, They delivered exactly what was initially promised. Venue is beautiful,elegant and pretty much ready to just bring your guest, and party.My guest where mostly Hispanic 98% of them where pretty impressed with food selection.My husband and I took the risk serving their recommend (creamy chicken, beef with veggies, super crispy egg rolls, rice, veggie pasta, pomegranate/cheese /corn/spinach salad, and dinner rolls, absolutely finger licking.Service was outstanding everything was taken care of,so I actually enjoyed the event without running around giving directions staff knew the itinerary and was extremely helpful and efficient. I had a chance of coordinating event with Eddie,Marie, and Mitcho, they where all very helpful, however I will say it is a bit hard to get a hold of Eddie, who is the owner. Overall absolutely recommend this venue, I received compliments of the event all night! Can't wait till my next event ...to eat their amazing food again!

The owner (Rohit) is a thief. He charges one price prior to party then charges more and sets different undisclosed rules a week prior to party to get more money from its customers. He does not give a written contract all verbal then changes his mind. *** BE AWARE*** Go somewhere else

I've held three award banquets here. The service and food were extraordinary. I was surprised at the number of menu choices they offer. The facility is clean and a 5 star luxury facility. After holding 3 events here I definitely will not go anywhere else. The facility offers free valet parking and security at no extra charge.

Venue: 5 stars . This venue is beautiful, is roomy and the chandeliers are gorgeous! Food: 4 stars Only reason is a 4 star is because we're not allowed to take the food that's leftover, food is delicious but only downside is that you're not allowed to take the extra food you paid for.Communication: 2 star It was great at the beginning, my text, calls, emails would get answered but as we got closer to my event date the communication became less, which became stressful for me. I'm just glad my wedding coordinator got involved, with her they would answer calls or text fairly quick. I just feel they might need some extra help for things to run a bit smoother. They were always nice, never were they rude once you got a hold of them. Customer service: 5 star customer service was good once you got a hold of them, they were helpful and helped with advise of what might look good and not. Just make sure you read your contract well and ask questions don't assume a service is part of your package when it's not for example cake cutting. Make sure all your vendors are licensed and have insurance, they do require that from them. Overall the R banquet is a beautiful venue but they need to work on communicating with their clients better.

We used R Banquet for catering our Sangeet. They were extremely frustrating to work with, even through our wedding planner who had worked with them before. Weddings are so stressful to plan as it is without worrying about things like proper paperwork for the venue or payment issues. However, the food was absolutely delicious and all our guests loved it. So it worked out? But I would not repeat this experience again, better to find a caterer who is more professional and reliable. There are others with great food too.

We had a wedding ceremony at this place. The minute all our guests got in the building, the service manager was rude and yelling not to step on the dance floor because it was wet they just mopped a minute ago, even we had reserved months before doing a party. You should have mopped the floor in the morning instead of the time when party starts. The problem wasn't just that, it continues as party continues. Their service was terrible. We had over 400 people for this event. Every table was over 25 people sitting. They would bring only two pitcher of soda per table. The soda pitcher would finish after 4 or 5 people getting it. When we were asking the service "manager " to bring more drinks, she would say we are running like machines to serve every table to bring drinks. They were taking so long to get the pitchers filled with sodas. Towards the last hour of the event, there were no towel paper in men's bathroom and I didn't have time to tell the service manager about to put some more towels. Our party was until 1:00am the manager told the musicians to cut out the music around 12:30 and leave so they did, by the time people were trying to leave the place the service manager turned off all the lights inside the banquet so people could leave faster. And she would yell at everyone to leave faster in the parking lot. She has 0 percent of customer service how to treat everyone with respect and be nice when you are doing this job.

But lady in charge was acting super rude rushing everything to make sure everyone was completely out by due time,, but rudely rushing. Would note recommend this banquet hall to any one unless they hire someone less bitter and with manners to run Banquet/hall

Called them back, to see if maybe they were inside, they were not. The man on the phone said he would call me back in 2 mins, no call back. I left. It was a waste of my time and my gas.
