Javaid was so nice, she let me try a few samples. I tried the Mexican Chocolate and I loved it I got a scoop and I got my favorite jamoca almond fudge.

Always good ice cream friendly staff but they never opens on time waited 10mins after opening time, n nothing. wasted my time, I even got here 10mins early because I need 12 scoops of ice cream for my employees. So I went to whittier location now I'll be going there

I Love Baskin Robbins love there sundaes and are always friendly. I was sad to see them close for a while but see they have open back up . So glad love there cakes too

I ordered a cake from the Baskin Robbins book of cake decorations and this is what they gave me. When I called to complain, the manager said, "we don't do custom cakes." Well, the employee in the store took my order, took my money and told me they would make the cake like the one in their book. They refused to refund my $60.00.....yes $60.00. Please do not order any cakes from this Baskin Robbins.

Unsure why this location is reported as closed since I walked in last evening *shrugs* I had dinner nearby and wanted to finish strong with something sweet, so I headed over here. For it being a Saturday night at 9 pm, the amount of folks walking through the door was pretty constant and consistent. Seemed to be super popular for families and/or couples during this hour. The lone employee kept her cool though and managed to serve everyone within a timely manner. Flavors ordered: - Caramel Turtle Truffle - Reese's Peanut Butter Cup- Oreo Cookies & Cream (not pictured) Parking: shared lot within a plaza Seating: limited

Just went there last week and today, they are CLOSED not sure if its permanent or for a remodel but there brown paper coverings on all the glass windows.
Stopped by today and it's closed windows are covered in paper. Hope it's not permanent :(

Pre-ordered the turkey "cake" for my sons birthday. What a rip off. Said it served 12-16. This thing was the size of a softball cut in half! And the frosting didn't even cover the entire thing. Will never order a cake from BR again. I never leaves reviews but as a PSA - save your hard earned money and don't order one of their over-priced "cakes"
