The food is great, but I have had issues with customer service. I tried calling for help with an order I placed but was constantly sent to voice-mail, and when they did answer, they answered and left the phone for over 10 minutes without saying anything to ignore my call.

If you love Chronic Tacos but you don't live close to one, this place is gonna be your new spot! They're not cheap on the portions *cough*Chipotle!? You will not be disappointed. Check 'em out!Parking: Plenty of parking around the building.Kid-friendliness: Nothing inappropriate in the restaurant. The only thing that would not be considered kid-friendly is that they sell beer. Other than that, it's totally safe for kids.
This Place is a GEM!!!! The Cali Burrito with asada is the best burrito I have ever had. We also get the cali bowl and the Brother Burger. All incredibly delicious. Each ingredient has its own delicious flavor then once they are all happily joined it's an absolute party. Highly recommend. Worth the line. Do take your time with the menu since everything is pretty much customizable. So good. Pictures next time. The food doesn't last enough time to snap and post.

I Door Dashed a veggie burrito. There was an option for "smothered". The description was green or red sauce and cheese. Imagine my surprise when i got my food and there was meat under the cheese. I can't eat meat as it will make me sick so i was unable to eat the burrito. I was so sad. The food looked so good. It was a good portion too. I want to give this place another shot, and i probably will. But vegetarians beware, don't select the "smothered" option

I recently placed an order through Postmates and promptly canceled it. However, I was surprised to be charged a $40 cancellation fee. Postmates has indicated that Burrito Brothers was already in progress within seconds of receiving the order. Are you going to charge me $40 if I cancel my order at your store in person? I find this situation frustrating and it is wrong for Postmates and Burrito Brothers to mislead their customers with the option to cancel an order. Ensuring a seamless experience for customers is vital, especially when collaborating with a food delivery service to expand your customer base. This is absolutely unacceptable.
