Wheelchair accessibility: There is only one wheelchair/Van accessible space, and be aware that the shop is tiny as it is, the turn to get into the store is very tight off the ramp, and the door is relatively narrow, but a wheelchair, my standard wheelchair does fit through the door, and I'm the one pushing.

Great place for authentic Italian hot food ? and really good fresh sandwiches. Lots of menu items to choose from, and great selection of refrigerated pre-made dinners and pizza to choose from, plus all the fixings to make a great Italian dinner from scratch ?. I bought the large meatball and a large pastrami sandwiche to take home, foe me and mine, wr could only finish half a sandwiche cuz they were so big ? a good value for the price. ? I will return again for sure.

Went this morning for Kobe Beef and an anti-pasta salad along with other miscellaneous items.No Kobe Beef available.The anti-pasta salad that they gave me had no tomato's, peppers, or cheese. The lunchmeat in the salad was turkey and mortadella, that's all, where is the rest of the meat?This is not the first time in the last year that the staff has missed the mark. Where is the manager?
It’s such a fun experience going to this Italian deli, it reminds me of my grandparents. Love their fresh pizza dough and pasta selection. The sandwich rings are amazing and very authentic. Highly recommended claros!

We waited "in line" for like 20 minutes to order from the deli, only to find out by a customer that we had to grab a ticket and wait for your number to be called. The only reason why we didn't figure it out on our own was because it's so loud and the line was so long that you can only hear anything until your up close to the deli so it took us over 40 minutes to get out food this happened a little bit after 1:00 on a week day. Be prepared to wait, and don't forget to grab a ticket at the deli counter.Parking: Very limited

Had a really unreasonable wait at the counter. Just under an hour to get 1/4 pound of meat from the case. We didn’t realize that you had to take a number because there is no sign telling you to do so, and no employees suggesting people do so, so we were lined up behind many people for awhile before we realized that there were numbers. The line was so long that we didn’t see other people taking them or being called. So we could have waited less time if we had known, but there was still a really long line. They had six people behind the counter, but all but two people were cleaning so they could leave. If more people had been helping they could have cleared that line much more quickly. I hope the product is stellar, because it wasn’t cheap and the wait was absurd.
