“I was on a delivery call out to Artesia and after driving for over an hour to get here I got hungry so I looked at my surroundings and as far as restaurants go there were slim pickings, but out of the corner of my eye I saw this Mexican restaurant across the street from the fast food place I was going to settle for.I'm glad I looked around because I discovered gold!I've been to many Mexican restaurants all over LA county and this one is in my top 3 from hundreds of others. The food is original and the flavors really come through onto your palate.I could taste the fresh chicken inside my enchiladas, I could taste the freshness of the green sauce, I could taste the lemon on the onions that topped my enchiladas, I could even taste which chiles they used for the hot sauce they brought with my chips while I waited for my food. Everything had its own flavor but it was a compilation of true freshness that can only be achieved when you truly value your craft and this amazing restaurant is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to honest, fresh, and flavorful Mexican food!If I lived nearby I would eat here 3 to 4 times a month.The variety of dishes gives you so many options it's impossible to repeat the same dishes in 30 days! “I only been here for breakfast. I ordered the veggies omelet and comes with avocado. Most places charge extra. They have a salsa bar and they bring fresh chips to your table. On the weekends they have a live band. “Great food it’s your old school classic diner and the food was fast and delicious and can’t wait to come back and try more things. I had the club sandwich and it would stand up to any other good one you can buy at your local restaurant. My wife had the ham and cheese omelette and it was delicious with lots of cheese and flavor and would definitely get it again the service was top notch even with what it looked like was one person working 12 plus tables. She is the real superstar of this restaurant. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Been going to Penny's since it was on Hacienda & Maplegrove (bout 25 yrs ago) Hadn't been in a while Had steak & eggs with HOUSE POTATOES and it was all so tasty & delicious!! Waitess was nice but seemed new. The only drawback was she seemed to get busy with a couple of other tables and didn't come back to our side for most of our stay. Waited for coffee refill until I was done with my food. Only one more person behind the counter. Overall a good experience based on the food...and that amazing house salsa!“
“My husband and I usually go to the Arthurs Santa fe springs, but my husband came across this Arthurs when he was working. So we took in some breakfast on Thursday, as soon as they opened. I loved our waitress. She was just the sweetest and had an amazing personality. Our food came out in a timely manner, was hot and did not disappoint. Such a treat!!! I love how cute their building is on the outside and the home feeling on the inside! Definitely going to be back to this location. Best of luck to our waitress as that was her last Thursday service. She is onto bigger adventures and starts teaching! You will be missed but can't wait to be there when she pops in to tell us how teaching is going. “My husband and I wanted to share a meal since we were going to have a big meal later in the day. Burger Town was a great choice. We split the grilled chicken platter. The chicken was juicy, plentiful, and flavorful. The fries were fresh, and the salad was huge with lots of veggies. I recommend allowing fries AND onion rings on the platters, not just one or the other. Most similar burger places allow you to do both on the platters/ dinners. I'd love to try a burger here eventually. The service wasn't too friendly, but overall, we had a nice breakfast/lunch. Ambiance was quiet.“
