Paul explained how it is traditional for Koreans to gift parents/in laws with rice or soup bowls, which meant longevity. As someone that is not familiar with the culture, that helped a lot! Not only am I now helping my parents pick out a beautiful gift but meaningful as well! I ended up going with the 6 piece gold & white fine bone china set of soup & rice bowls with lids. Paul also explained how to care for the fine china as it is not your typical microwave & dishwasher safe type of bowls. Lastly, Mrs. Yang helped wrapped the beautiful set in the traditional Korean wrap & I was able to pick out the color cloth she used! I can't wait to have my parents gift the future in laws! Will be back for more household items :)

I knew of this brand that is one of the top quality brand in Korea and they had a store in America! They not only carry that Hankook chinaware brand but also famous brands from Europe and all over!!! So convenient to shop. Now this store became my Go-To spot to buy kitchenware and Gifts. The owner is super awesome and I adore the character of the store that represents the traditional Korean vibe. Also their Insta account share good tips for setting and food. Check it out! You will fall in love like me.

What a hidden gem! I stumbled upon this beautiful China shop while I was browsing on Amazon and found out they had a store in California. I am so excited I found such a wonderful shop. Paul and Kay were at the store when I arrived and they were so acomindating and helpful when it came to information about the products they have and everything they offered. It was warm and inviting and besides the wonderful atmosphere, the China was BEAUTIFUL. I spent such a long time shopping at Macys and other stores leaving dissatisfied with the dinnerware offered, that when I walked into Hankook I felt like I was in a fairytale. The China is contemporary yet classic. Elegant with a touch of edge. Hankook had everything from silverware to Plate sets, bowls, serving trays, mugs, tea sets and pots. All beautiful and affordable. I cant wait to go back. My husband and I found exactly what we were looking for and we are so happy. A Beautiful store with beautiful people that I highly recommend!

It was a last year that I first visited this place to shop for a gift for my coworker. I was very surprised this place had full of beautiful products with most amazing services. I bought couple dishes and other products for my own and all of them were fabulous wirh great qualities. I have shopped more gift for my friends and family after and all of them liked it. If you are interested to shop fancy dishes with great quality, this place wont waste your time.

Came here to buy casual rice and soup bowls now that my kids are older. The owner of the store is super friendly. She gave me a tour of the store and explained everything to me in great detail. She carries very nice items including coffee mugs and tea sets. The Twig line is very nice. I was also impressed with how clean and tidy she keeps the store! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

All the dishware are an awesome mixture of traditional and contemporary chinaware. Seriously though, I would recommend buying your dishes here if you want a clean-looking set to impress your guests.

I first came to this place to take a crochet class, one of the many classes they offer, when I was pregnant with my son. Not only the class was great but the owner and people who work there are so friendly and informative. They don't try to just sell their products like other retail places do but they talk to you to accommodate your needs based on your interest. I think more people should come and check out both the classes they offer AND the beautiful chinaware they carry at the store. Oh, they also have a wide selection of teas from Korea which I LOVE! Sometime they sample those teas at the store!

Cute store! The owner is so nice and she offered us iced tea which was refreshing and yummy! They carry products that are only found in Korea and also offer classes that teach you how to make rice cake, crochet, and many more! I'm going back for the classes soon!
